Thanks for sharing this. Looks like such a great option if you don't want to do Angels Landing. We hiked it years ago as a family, but my kids and I stopped at Scout's rest and only my husband went to the upper portion of the trail. Observation point looks like it has those amazing views without all the switchbacks as Angels Landing.

Observation indeed is a worthy alternative to Angels Landing. Fewer crowds, no permits and has most of the awe inspiring views of Angels Landing
