    Christine Khuri is hands down the best female trainer on youtube and she isn't annoying like some. Her voice is very pleasant to listen it as well. I wish she made more videos though.

    I love this workout, gets down to business straight away. Transitions from from one exercise to another are quick but I like it, I have limited time and want to get the most in. If I'm having a clumsy day I just quickly pause while I set my band or position etc. Love the total body band workout you do too!

    2 months later, doing this routine at least twice a week. .and I see results:) Same with Christine`s "Intense ab workout" which I do at least 4 times a week..I`m loving it..thank you!!

      Hello Aisulu! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my mother-in-law does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

    This workout is awesome. I'm fit so I did weights with my bands in the second set of exercises. I also used the bands when I did the 100 rep burnout. The transitions could be smoother but I can tell it's effective.

    Christine is down to earth and has a professional and calm attitude. My only suggestion is to not count each rep. instead of counting you could share education tidbits on the muscles being worked or how to stabilize.

      Personally I like the fact she's counting because well most fitness professionals yeah they tell you about what body parts are working and whatnot but after there's still so many reps left that they stay silent and then it's pretty awkward doing the exercise in silence so even though she's just counting it helps break the silence. Also,every fitness instructor is different she must have a good reason for counting every rep. My guess is so we can keep track of how many we do because most of the time most professionals lose track of the count or don't do the same amount of repititions on each side of the body causing an imbalance but she does that different as you can see. I'm saying what you're saying is wrong I just feel like she does things her own way and has her reasons.

    hi , Is it true to see results in butt growing you need to work with really heavy weight, otherwise you won't see results ?

      Well, it depends on the results you want. You don't need weights to lift or tone your butt, but if you want to see a more dramatic change and some growth, then yes, you will need to use weights. Thanks for watching!

    what is the benefit of this workout if I do this once in a week for 4 weeks ? would it get bubble or round ?

      3-4 times a week on non-consecutive days if you want to start seeing results within 4 weeks. It will trim and tone your butt, it may take a bit longer to see it more rounded out.
