Hey, I know you. You know grazing. I got to know beer about 30 years ago, brewed a bit (before the internet). Then got into wine for a few years. Judged a bit. Working on my grazing now. Greg is still my remote mentor. Good to see you making content, and beer!. Baja Brewing's Escorpion Negro (Black Ale) is my current favorite ride.
@@BenHawley Hey I would if you like a dark beer. Also thought I'd mention my favorite all time beer so far-which isn't available in my state an longer and I can't find it in Alabama anymore either. A pal got me a sixer from NC once, but that store no longer gets any. If you haven't tried Great Divide Brewing Co's Yeti Imperial Stout, you should. Being in Colorado is probably the easiest way to source it, I never go out of state without looking for it-since finding it at the beach in Alabama. Chimay Blue is my all time world fave (so far). I'm roasting my own coffee and letting others brew now. Carry on!
Well, I'm enjoying this. My Dad got a beer making kit one year for Christmas back in the late 60s. He loved beer!!! Shhhhh🤫🤫🤫🤫 he was a Budweiser guy. Tku
Dude congratulations on your brewing skills! Hopefully someday our travels will take us into your neck of the woods and we can drink a cold one with you.
Wow I had no idea you were that in depth on beer. How long have you been into brewing? I know from watching you on the farm your a fast learner and a hard worker, so your gonna do great at whatever you choose!

I appreciate it. Been Homebrewing for going on 5 years and doing it professionally since November
In college we made Spodi-Odies!! Half beer in your glass..half red wine. Good keg beer the best!!
Absolutely. Beer on draft has usually sat less than bottled or canned, generally tastier
Great overview of the sanitation and kegging. I almost always get lazy and don't fill the kegs with starsan solution when I know I should... Cheers!
Yea. It just gives me piece of mind
Benji!!!! Brad would be proud!
Haha high praise
