Thanks for the honest feedback, very critical but true in many ways! Currently driving the sq5 Tdi and think going forward I’ll grab the s4 avant (petrol) more fun and definitely avoid this consumer built car!!

I’m not understanding how you feel those of us who like spirited driving consider it exciting to have a loss of front end grip.
IMO, thats something that no one ever wants. Losing rear end grip however can be fun.

I am happy to have an Elise in the garage and Ducati panigale v4, this car for me is about practicality in a large city with narrow roads where I also want occasional off road (snow) but hate the idea of a no-performance car. I don’t actually care about the badge, if Hyundai made this I’d buy it.

In my golf 7 r the side mirrors in gloss black "carbon" instead of chrome is a 600 pounds option.. no wonder why it doesnt have it in chrome

Am I the only one who thinks that it’s a bit strange to say that the Cupra Ateca is a better value? Imo the Audi looks so and so much better than that bronse Seat😂. Some people buy cars with their brain, but I do it with my heart!👌😁 Edit: also, speaking about the M550d and S6 TDI -> the S6 looks an awful lot better than that BMW imo... The Bmw might be a bit faster, but I wouldn’t want to drive a car of that money that looks like that!😂
Agree! I live in the Munich area/Germany. I see several Ateca every day, I see Cupra Ateca very often. A friend has a Cupra Ateca in which I have often ridden as a passenger. The high car behaves awkwardly in corners. The compact SQ2 is more likely to be the successor to my S1. I also don't want a car that's parked on every corner. So far I have seen a total of 5 Q2, SQ2 only one

Didn't agree with the review. This car is not just "about the badge". Many people would prefer a smaller suv that is also fast, because they have to take it in the cities often, and they don't care so much about backseat space because they don't have large families and/or move around adults in the back often. It is a quality car, it is a car that the average driver can drive fast without getting his life in danger much, not everyone is a rally pro. People prefer AUDIs for a reason.
Backseat space is very important - in a taxi. How often does anyone drive with 4 adults over 175cm in their car? And how often has this journey lasted longer than 30 minutes?
@@besenwieslersepp1011how often do taxi drivers drive SQ2s or Q2s at all? Hence why taxi drivers pick taxis and larger vehicles

Yeah, but there will be a RSQ8 with a petrol engine, which will be the real performance version of the Q8, while the SQ8 is sort of a crossover between performance and efficiency.
