Hotel style Masala Dosa Recipe , Masala dhosa .
Ingredients :
For 15 to 20 Dosa(depend on Size)
For Dosa Batter :
3 cup Rice
1 cup Urad Lentil
1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
Water
For Boiled Dal :
1 cup Toor Dal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Turmeric
2 cup Water
For Sambhar :
4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Cumin seed
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 Whole Red Chilli
2 Onion ,
2 Tomato
1/2 Brinjal
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
5 tbsp tamarind water
2 Cup Water
salt as per test
Green Coriander
For Masala Paste :
3 tsp Sambar Powder
2 tsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic crushed
Water
For Potato Masala :
5 Boiled Potato
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Urad Lentil,
Curry Leaves
2 Whole Red Chilli
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
2 Onion
1 Tomato
2 inch Ginger Crushed
1 Green Chilli
1tsp Sambhar Masala
1 tspCoriander-Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Lamon Juice
Salt as per test
