- During the qualifying for DTM Race 2 in Zandvoort, Timo Glock was blocked by Edoardo Mortara and he was more than angry about that. In addition to a very colorful language, he tried to block Mortara in return.

Can someone please explain why Timo was blocking him like that? Is it for something that happened during this video or in another part of the race?
Timo was on a hot lap for qualifying, and had to slow down (ruining his lap), because the Mercedes of Mortara didn't get out of the way (which he should have). I understand Timo's frustration and thought slowing down a bit to tell Mortara off right after it happened was ok. But to do it again three or four corners later and weave in front of him at higher speeds the second time, that was stretching it. But, it's not the worst thing that's happened by far in motorsport, they'll get their penalties and move on. Really nothing to get excited about imo.
Any reason the races say "User made it not available in your country"? It would be nice to actually be able to watch a season rather than just highlights
Billiam the STIG usually it's because they have a tv deal with a certain country. In the states they block out race 2 because of a deal with cbs. Race 1 is good to go tho

I don't get it. Glock is the yellow car? How did the pink one block him? It looked like he overtook the pink car almost instantly when he caught up to him. Not sure what he wanted revenge for.
Yea, but "almost" is a lot fo time during qualifying in this category. If you notice since 0:08 the huge speed difference Timo was carrying resulted in a much heavier-than-needed brake, since Mortara did not moved from fast line on time neither sped up enough to not ruin Timo's turn ... btw a "distraction accident" that may occur and that of course is always punished by stewards, so the overreaction (moreover from a driver exeperienced as he is) of Timo it is really a nonsense. And it has been correctly and heavily sanctioned.

Nur weil die Mercedes-Fahrer angepisst sind, weil Mercedes aussteigt und im Moment nichts mehr reisst muss man so nicht handeln!
Daniel Schott naja Glock ist ja wohl der angepisste ^^ mortara hat hier meiner Meinung nach nichts falsch gemacht 1. Er hätte nach innen fahren können und so Glock am scheitelpunkt behindert und 2. Er hat ihn evtl./wahrscheinlich zu spät gesehen
Wenn man im Qualifying Traffic hat, dann kann man keine perfekte Runde fahren. Wo hätte Mortara hin sollen? Glock gehört für die Aktion auf die letzte Startposition. Wer sich nicht beherrschen kann, der hat im Motorsport nichts verloren.
(Und ich gönne Mercedes keinen einzigen Sieg, die haben genügend Mist gebaut, aber was Glock hier gemacht hat, das geht nicht.)

vor dem Rennen wurde gesagt, dass die Box das verpennt hat und Mortara mitgeteilt hat, Glock sei nicht auf einer schnellen Runde.
Was Glock am Ende gemacht hat war einfach nur dumm und vor allem unsportlich und damit ist die Strafe auch vollkommen OK
