4 me it's shit like the speech starting at about 2:37 that makes me think, "why in the fuck didn't they put this, Chamberlain & The Lost Shepherd on YOTR?" i'd now like 2 take this moment 2 call "bullshit" on whoever decided that. thanx 4 ur time.
@cambria271 glad you liked my video :) and Im jealous of the tattoo you have and are getting!! hope to see more comments and feed back on future videos as well from you :D
I think this is the best song from YotBR and it wasn't even on the album. Highly grateful that the Afterman blew this album out of the water. I blame pennie and the producers who wanted to put their influence on the record.
Pennie was a great addition at the time considering they lost Josh, they were sad he couldn't actually play on the album and were glad with what he brought to the table
Pennie actually did record the drums on Year of the Black Rainbow. You're thinking of No World for Tomorrow that he wasn't able to record for due to contractual issues with his previous record label.
He's a great drummer, but his style doesn't really fit with Coheed. He's just too precise. Josh's groove is what made Coheed and Cambria imo. Just listen through SSTB, the groove is what makes 90% of those songs great.
@yoohoo2505 the bloody keywork is easy to find, just google "keywork" and it's on the first page. Lol. As for the dragonfly one, I searched it on google and found it fairly easily.
@thegrungewave I was under the impression the former two had no place in the story and I think they knew the quality of this song over some of the weaker tracks. Granted, they should have just had it all on there.
I hope they dosome sort of finished product, fir shepherd and Chamberlain, cuz their both sick. And hopefully they don't change shepherd that much if any, cuz it sounds fucking epic
That's likely because that song is about Leonard mourning his wife, and I think this song is about Leonard pondering whether saving Pearl's life is the right thing to do or not.
I've listened to Coheed almost every day for like 5 years now and I'm just now discovering this song... Oh man.
ten years later and im still wondering why they cut all the best songs off this album
The producers sucked that's why.
HUSH was an amazing graphic novel. I hope that this song is in reference to it. I love the Batman related coheed stuff.
Claudio is all about Batman, from what I can tell.
Waiting patiently for Deranged to be released properly
First to comment...I just wanted to say...
I love Coheed and Cambria! :)
@icumblood4ever yay im glad you like my video and COHEED AND CAMBRIA FOREVER!!!!

@cambria271 i also have the keywork on my back. no one beats coheed.
@shadowflames43 i absolutely agree. thanx a lot. :)
i want this as a tattoo... itd be hard to explain to people though
Just take them the image, Claudio has it tatted on his body...
@yoohoo2505 which one :) the bloody keywork at the beginning or the Dragonfly Keywork?
@thegrungewave I was under the impression the former two had no place in the story and I think they knew the quality of this song over some of the weaker tracks. Granted, they should have just had it all on there.
@greiskeil just googled the dragonfly one ^^; and the bloody one i had on the computer from along time ago ^.^
i dunno if pennie is using drum triggers in those verses or they're just throwing the drum track through some effect but it sounds FUCKING SICK
You can do it!!!
Oh yes...;) I need to go ahead and get the three demo songs on my Ipod, but im just too lazy to do so. :p I HATE ITUNES!
Coheed & Cambria > ITUNES.
@mtwarriner Oh. That explains why it's fucking amazing, he wrote it.
@cambria271 Do you ever wonder if the band members laugh and say "Heh, can't believe dat dude got our logo tatted on his body, lol"
i have the keywork tattooed on my leg!
Weird True World. I have it on my right forearm
Left bicep
I hope they dosome sort of finished product, fir shepherd and Chamberlain, cuz their both sick. And hopefully they don't change shepherd that much if any, cuz it sounds fucking epic
iTunes exclusive bonus track from YotBR.
Disciple's Anthem by Shabutie.
what is that song at the end?
what demo was this from?
What's the speech from?
This reminds me of When Skeletons Live
That's likely because that song is about Leonard mourning his wife, and I think this song is about Leonard pondering whether saving Pearl's life is the right thing to do or not.
Is that speech the A Charlie Chaplin speech?
