Got another one baby! And I definitely recommend doing the Animatics. Lots of playlists with the full Musical in animatics. Brings a visual and helps understand it a little more. Jeorge absolutely approves of them as well! With some animatic creators being part of the official livestream releases.
Even tho it’s left kinda ambiguous at the end of Just a Man (and even some animatics leave it as such too), the baby does end up getting killed by being dropped off the wall of Troy by Odysseus. - Another thing is that Greek deities took sides in the Trojan War, so if the baby was left to live in any regard, the gods on the side of Troy would be hellbent (underworld-bent?) to make the child know throughout his life who killed his family and destroyed the kingdom the gods were basically rooting for.
Here's a fun fact, Jorge(that's the name of the composer if you weren't too sure or not), has said wanted the musical to kind of feel like you were playing a video game, because video games has influenced a big part of his life he was always really into them and he wanted to always make a musical that felt like you were playing a game, boss fights, adrenaline, crazy storyline, not knowing what comes next. You can definitely feel like your playing a video game where the suspense builds up and builds up in one song and then the next song it's totally decreases back to normal and then build you up again and then decreases that rise and fall feeling you get when you play a video game that's what I feel when I listen to it. In my opinion it does feels like your playing a video game, it feels like that very same feeling you would have when you're playing a video game that has a great storyline. Another cool fact is that every single character in the musical has a specific instrument connected to each them, I'm not going to tell you which ones they are, you can find them out on your own, also the attention to every single little small details is what makes this musical extra phenomenal(as well as the fantastic music of course). He has all these cool, interesting, and unique details that a lot of musicals lack in my opinion. One last fun fact is that the main character "Odysseus" is cast by Jorge himself. I have not heard knew very many composers that have sang their own musicals, especially the lead part, I thought that was pretty cool.
You guys should also look into watching the animatics it will help you with certain details that won't be shown or explained in just the vocals because since it's a musical you'll be watching it so there's going to be some visual things that you won't be able to see and just hearing the audio cuz you know in musicals people aren't always singing during the whole musical there's like talking parts and like things being shown and being done and acting and stuff like that so I would recommend looking at the animatics also Here's a Playlist in order of the songs available th-cam.com/play/PL4mpvSfFlHPCV3WIfR1OyDurb_u4Aolvk.html
