Your correct this with a few tweaks will be perfect.
Couldn't do this in Texas unless you wanted to roast in that outdoor kitchen/living room area in the summer. But I do love it and so wished I lived somewhere it was feasible.
Loved the layout, only worries about the extreme outdoor condition days... but there can be installed a retractable wall or something so the space can be used as an open concept and a close one
That might be resolved with the use of garage doors but in a wood grain style……….this place called Quaker Steak and lube used to have an outside patio/bar that opened up in the summer for more outside space. I always thought that was an excellent idea!

besides the ongoing constant storms thievery and the rampant reflection of the downpouring sunlight and heat against the outside cement surroundings, it would be a nice choice, especially for older or retired people.
Very cute concept but not sure how practical it would be in most places. It needs an option for closing in the open spaces with lots of windows
You are correct for the 4 seasons you just need to close in the outside living.

This design is for South East Asia. Not for 4 seasons climent. If needed just build it to local code with the looks in mind.
If I ever get a tiny house I'm going to have, to get a walk in closet added on 🥰
We built walk-in closet for clients. Definitely doable
I would add those roll down gates / walls for those times I had to leave the house and go to work …. Or the store…. Or anywhere.
Perfect for Australias desert area's! You'd need an unscalable 2m high fence though. Also black wrought iron decorative security panels around the perimeter & security doors so as not to detract from the open concept ?

OK for the tropics I guess but you'd get plagued by night time insects. And what to do with the lounge when the wet sets in. It's a house for somewhere permanently warm, little to no rain, and no insects or marauding animals. I dont know where that might be.
It's a concept design once you build one just adjust for your concerns. Just do a four season room. This style is made for transportation. So two sections if you want a modular. You made great points of potential issues

This isn’t a full-time home. Might be great at a vacation spot for temporary visits. Cute layout though.

Open Space Kitchen Den/Deck but only good for the Caribbean, Central/South America, Nice!
But not for anywhere the temp drops in winter or even has serious weather of any kind...
You could add some fixed glass & sliding glass doors perhaps? Combustion heating for those cold nights?

Nice Outdoor look, but the Plans need more Lighting on the House exterior. Recessed would look nice with the mid Century look you are going for. The open concept is a little too open. We have bears and raccoons that might wonder though.... Need doors and, Perhaps some outdoor curtains in the Living Room and twinkle lights on that garden wall would look cute.

Nothing that a privacy fence can fix! Easy and doable. For Florida climate is perfect!

Nice if living in a tropical environment. Unfortunately it would not be livable in the Midwest.
This is not the most beautiful house to me. I like my kitchen indoors so I can wear my jammies to the kitchen in the morning for my coffee and no neighbors could see me. I do not know where you could have a home like this where no one is going to come "into" your outdoor rooms and not walk off with you coffee pot, or toaster, baking pans, new set of dishes, etc. I live in AZ and need protection from the mosquitos. I also don't want to go to bed only to find the nexy morning that the coyotes, that have moved into this 55+ community, have been "in" my outside area and may have been on the furniture, taken/ripped open a decorative pillow, or left a "present" in the kitchen. It does look like my wheelchair could maneuver around in it though. Nope. Not for me.
That's true, just lower the price and finish the project..put walls around the out side..
Kitchen needs to be in close..I'll pay 35.000.. than finish the kitchen to have it in closed..simple as that..

Interesting concept but highly impractical with this wide left open concept! Firstly how do you protect from adverse weather, secondly how do you protect your possessions from the high probability of theft? How much more to building cost would 2 walls and 2 doors cost for owner peace of mind?

I've been looking at designs for our holiday home and I think I found it.
Our security fence is 10m high with electric fence on top so to anyone who say "anyone can walk in" please shut up.

I'm 73 years old and I've been an outdoors woman all of my life. Cooking indoors leaves fine particles of grease in the air that settles on ceiling and walls. That accumulate over time and requires extra housework. Then there's the cooking smells!
The thought of having my coffee out there in the morning is a wonderful idea!
I would make one minor change. I'd like to be able to pull the trunk of my car up alongside the kitchen and unload the groceries very quickly using a minimum amount of walking. So the design would have to have a gate very close to the kitchen that I could open for that purpose.

My assumption is that the water will drip down the living area during heavy rains. Water will go through between the living room roof and wall of the rooms,for the roof slope direction is not away from the room.
