Well, the score didn't change as much as I thought it would (probably due to the still pretty high level cap), but as I said on your Tate & Liza video, revisiting Bruno with the revised ruleset did end up lowering his score as I expected. Thanks for humoring me.

First video of yours I've seen and just wanted to say what that you're doing a great job. This format you've come up with is interesting, you're appropriately thorough in presenting it, and your edits are solid.
The only criticisms that I have are honestly nitpicking, so please try not to regard my next points in a harsh light.
    1. Your avatar could really use an update bud 😅
    2. The team size level modifier likely skews the results disproportionately in the players favor. I went ahead and quickly tested how a level 75 Magikarp would fair against an AI controlled level 50 Magikarp.
All Magikarp know tackle and flail as their only moves, have the same optimized EVs and IVs, hold no items, and share a +attack/-irrelevant nature (note: a +defense nature may better favor the AI in this scenario, but I didn't test it). In short - the Magikarp are identical in all aspects outside of their levels. Additionally, all damage rolls are set to their mean outcome and moves are incapable of being critical hits.
The result of this test is that the player Magikarp's ability to knock out AI Magikarp is only limited by Flail PP. Obviously this has a lot to do with Flail's unique damage scaling, but I believe it's likely that swapping Magikarp (as well as its moveset, stat distribution, etc.) for a number of other Pokemon would likely result in a similar outcome. Most notably, it would affect Pokemon with high base attacking stats compared to their defensive stats, and Pokemon capable to dealing significant super effective damage to themselves.
So - why is any of this an issue when AI teams have varied Pokemon? Simply put, it's because Pokemon's battle system has a binary outcome when determining speed. Your Pokemon either moves first, or it doesn't. Here's an (admittedly extreme) example in practice.
The player has a Gengar with max attack and the move Shadowball. The AI has a Deoxys-Speed with max special attack and the move Psycho Boost. Both Pokemon have max speed, remainder EV investment in HP, neutral natures, no held item, and are level 50.
The Deoxys outspeeds Gengar and knocks it out easily. In fact, until the Gengar reaches level 70, the Deoxys is always guaranteed the OHKO. Even with a Gengar from level 70-72, the Deoxys still outspeeds and is more likely to to OHKO than it is to not, and it's always at least guaranteed to do extreme damage - but once Gengar hits 73? Full reveral. What was previously a huge threat to Gengar is now outsped and guaranteed to faint to a single shadowball.
The result is that an AI with a single Deoxys-Speed will invariably have a better BQ than an AI with six identical Deoxys-Speed. Which isn't necessarily a problem, but it is... odd. And while Deoxys-Speed is perhaps the most drastic example of the type of Pokemon that are disadvantaged by the system, it far from alone within the category of 'glass canon' Pokemon. Any pokemon that is highly reliant on its speed to get in a severely damaging move before it goes down first become largely trivialized by a wide level discrepancy.
So, what are some possible solutions? Honestly, it's a rough problem. I wrote all of that out, and the reality is that your current system might be the best that can be done for the battle system your working with. The only potential solutions I can think of are as follow, and each comes with its own drawbacks.
Solution 1: Cap the player Pokemon's level at the same level of the AI trainer's ace. The simplest and cleanest approach, but may make for worse content as the player will be losing a LOT more often. This also neglects to balance trainers with fewer Pokemon against those with more.
Solution 2: Cap the player's Pokemon in the same way as solution 1, but fill your team with duplicates up to the number of Pokemon the AI trainer has. Fixes the balance issue, but may not be in the spirit of what your videos are trying to accomplish. Plus, even if you were fine with it, there would definitely be those in your audience that would view this as a cheat - even though the reality is that it would be less beneficial to the player than the current system is in most circumstances (some abilites that activate on switch in or on death may complicate this).
Solution 3: Get complicated with it. There are a bunch of ways to get complicated with it. I imagine most aren't worth the explanations it'd take in your videos, or the time invested to run data entry to find the variables you would need. I will quickly shout out that a level modifier weighted by the player Pokemon's base stats would be relatively easy to come up with, but I doubt it'd be perfect.
Solution 4: My personal favorite, change the weighting of the current table to treat an AI party with 3 pokemon as center scale. Against a party of 3, multiply the player Pokemon's level by 1. Against a party of 4, mutiply by 1.1. Against a party of 5, multiply by 1.2. Against a party of 6, multiply by 1.3. Against a party of 2, multiply by 0.85. Against a single pokemon, multiply by 0.6. The numbers themselves may need to be fiddled with and the original issue is still present, but it's in a much more muted fashion. Additionally, this table would be simple to implement and most importantly - I think would make for better content, especially when facing trainer's with limited Pokemon at their disposal. Rather than sweeping with supereffective moves, being underleveled would provide the opportunity to employ more interesting and diverse strategies against trainer's that wouod otherwise be trivial.
Man, that was a lot more than I ever intended to write. Anyway, original point stands - you're doing a great job and I hope you keep it up.

Likewise just found the series and likewise level was a big flag for me as well in addition to the speed difference the raw damage boost from the level portion of the damage formula is also significant. This is compounded by the enemy trainers having no ev's in most situations, so what on paper is 'only' a 15 level lead functions closer to 20 or even 25 which only gets higher the more levels you get.
It's a tricky thing to balance for sure, and I like your mentioned your solutions, an additional one that comes to mind is keep the scaling but 0 out EVs and IV's so that the cascading effect of such a level advantage is dampened.
Regardless a good job on a nice video for sure.

Hi, it's me again! This is the first vid I've seen since the original vid regarding Bruno. But to me in older games doing the whole lv based off of total opponent pokemon and being granted a multiplier I feel doesn't really work if it's a late game trainer in that lv40-60 range cause you are almost always gaining 20+ levels against their team which is a pretty substantial margin ESPECIALLY for the speed stat. Having a speed advantage greatly favors you in the engagement.
The 1.5x lv rule works well if the enemy trainer is lv 70+ pokemon, but you only see lvls that high in a few instances in the pokemon series. The most notable being the Elite Four/Champion refights in DPP and BW, as well as Red from GSC. But these are so infrequent that they are an outlier in and of themselves. Did they ever do refights in the Elite Four in ORAS? If so I think that would be a far better Sydney to do the refights with at your current rules.

As I mentioned in the previous video (and sorry for repeating, but I don‘t know how much you‘re going back to check comments on your older videos):
I don‘t think you should handle the levels the way you do them here. I think the main reason why Tate and Liza were so hard was because your pokemon were only five levels stronger, while against Claire it was 15… which will make a HUGE difference. Level advantages don‘t stack linearly, as soon as a pokemon can one-shot an opponent, it will become a lot easier… which happens more likely with +15 levels than with +5, no matter how many pokemon the opponent has.
    My suggestion would be:
Go with a consistent 1.5 of the ace‘s level.
Ignore team size of the opponent. We want to compare the trainer‘s teams, right? Then their team size is an aspect that will factor into how strong they are and there is no need for you to correct for it. A team with only 2 pokemon SHOULD have a higher BQ than a team with 6 pokemon. You don‘t need to adjust so that a 2-pkm-team becomes as relatively strong as a 6-pkm-team.
Just my thoughts on it. Again, sorry if you‘ve already seen my other comment, I won‘t mention it anymore in the future. Don‘t want to spam this.
I love the series. Great idea and well executed! Keep up the good work!

Since LeafGreen/FireRed is a remake, the Cross-Gen evolutions should also be included...not that it would've changed the BQ too drastically. Since the Baby Pokémon partially balance out the points granted from Crobat, Bellossom, Politoed, Espeon, Umbreon, Slowking, Steelix, Scizor, Kingdra, Porygon2, and Blissey. And Hitmontop I guess xD.

No particular meaning, other than that I'm lazy lol
I made the kanto pokemon on pokeball images for a separate video a while back, and only made one for each evolutionary line. So for kanto, single evolutions like lapras might have a proper image, but single members of an evolutionary line like gyarados don't as of right now.
I keep meaning to update this, but as it will require me to make one for basically each pokemon in the game, I haven't gotten around to it yet!

There are many reasons to not do that.
      1) Magnemite doesn't learn recycle.

      3) Berry Juice is not an item.
      4) Minimum level a Magnemite can be is 5.
