We’re looking at a 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T 426 Hemi with Orange paint.
The car's Owner is Paul Phillips. Paul used this car with his wife as a daily driver. Now it’s a show piece!
    ENJOY!

I had a white 67 RT back in 1986. It had a black interior, 440 automatic

With the more sexy Chargers and beep-beep Roadrunners, so many Dodge Coronets were sent to the scrap yards (esp during gas shortages). I always loved these cars, esp. the 1967’s. That’s just one cool car with an engine that could outrace most others. Just a sweet beautiful understated ride. Thx again Lou!.

I love how the owner perfectly describes the muscle car era during and after the fact. That's what average joes did back then, used it during the week and drag raced on the weekend! These were performance cars for the masses and they truly were amazing cars for their purpose. Now I'm a die hard European car fan my favourites being classic ferraris, but tell me on performance cars of the same caliber as these being BMW m series cars and Amg mercedes how many do you see being daily driven come rain or shine, winter or summer and drag raced on the weekend?

      Hi Adam Othman,
Thanks for viewing and sharing. Probably not many European cars raced on the weekend. Please take some time to go to TH-cam.com and type in "My Car Story with Lou Costabile" and view other Owners and their car stories.
      Take care,
      Lou

Lou Costabile lou you're right they didn't but at this time they didn't have a whole lotta speed limits either... and you could drive your car flat out everywhere but people were also more responsible back then as well
