Yes, any emergency staff deserve massive respect, anyone who abuses or assaults emergency staff should have a minimum prison sentence, disgusting when ambulance workers or fire crews are attacked. They don’t seem to get any support.
My brother lives in Brighton. Have visited numerous times. Very nice resort town. I love the name differences between the Brits and the Yanks. Wheelie bin, instead of dumpster. Though they don't call it a garbage or trash can, it's a dust bin or rubbish bin.

That what a stupid person would go and do is to move the bins one the bins are made of plastic and could also have airosole canisters inside the bins which could explode and heat being generated from the bin which would be heating the other bins around it so you would have been covered in melted plastic.

They can't be moved unless you've gotva special key to unlock the brake
