Enjoyed this video very much. I too make my own teas and tinctures.. I love foraging and I do source my herbs from organic providers.. I have a tincture that I make for a dry cough that I have from an axe inhibitor blood pressure medications that I absolutely swear by. So many beneficial herbs/plants that are just in our yard. God provides for us for sure. Yes I do have to take some medications which I hate too but I also know that my herbs have helped me tremendously. Thank you for sharing and hopefully give someone the initiative to research for their health ..

Oh my gosh. I usually use a dehydrator but since it's been so warm and not humid here in wi. I've been drying everything on my dining room table on newspapers. Wish I could post a pic. Enjoy your tea! Thanks for the video!

I hope more people give it a try. I order dried organic herbs online and it's so fun to create with them. Rosemary gladstar has some great books of recipes. Making your own lotion is life changing. Have fun.

"Oh no are you guys okay?" 😂😂 Quick story, my sister and I love to use the app Marco Polo. It's a video messaging platform, so you can send videos back and forth to one person or a group. It's so much more fun than texting or Snapchat. We regularly have our phones propped up somewhere and inevitably the phone will fall over. The first time it happened, my sister went, "Oh no!!! Are you okay?!?!" and it has been a hilarious inside joke ever since. So when your camera fell over and you asked if we were okay, I laughed out loud 😄.
Thank you so much for the great tea information! I've really wanted to do some more research on making my own tea blends and this video was very encouraging.
