Hello I would like to inquire, am applying fora graduate certificate at University of Calgary and the certificate is mostly online and am required to also attend physically 4 times so Incase I get the admission do I apply for at study permit or I only go there when am required those four times because I thought since the course is online they may not give me a study permit

Actually I did an undergraduate program but you’re right, those gap’s are quite competitive

Passed by so I thought i’d drop a comment, for graduate programs, international students secure a TA or RA position within the desired department, ideally before applying, through emailing potential supervisors and asking for assistantships, it’s a lengthy process and should start a year before, but it’s totally worth it!

Please, how much is tuition deposit for an international student in University of Calgary.
Thank you Mercy…Students who are offered admission will be required to pay a one-time $500.00 admission deposit by the deadline indicated in their offer of admission to confirm their seat in their admitted program. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied against tuition and fees( from the U of C website as stated).
The $500 admission deposit hope it's included in the total tuition fee
I have done BCom ( 3 yrs) in india with 68.9% . No work experience. Can i get admission in MBA here ?

What about university of Victoria
University of victoria is expensive as compared to University of Regina and u of c. Not sure about u of a. University of Regina have 80-90% acceptance rate while u of a have 58% , university of victoria have 64% and u of c have only 10-20%. Do try sending your application in each of them

Yes you will have to get a study permit regardless because you are required to show up 4 times.Just make sure you apply like everyone else following the guidelines and hopefully they grant you the permit
