I have always adored this song, ever since I first learned of it. The interweaving melodies just play off each other so perfectly. It all comes together for such a strong, powerful finish. This song inspires me. This group did a fantastic job onstage. I just love it!!
2:22 is such a strong moment. Sailor Star Fighter as the leader of her team makes an approach to the moon princess to fight together. Sailor moon as the leader of her team walks with such pride you can see she's a princess and a higher position than Fighter. Then they look each other in the eye and notting their heads in agreement before lifting their arms like swords together. Just beautiful
This along with Knocking Down Hesitation were the very first clips I got exposed to Seramyu back in 2000!!! They were in RealMedia format and the quality was soo poor, all you could do was compromise what can get. 14 years later, this still remains as one of the best performances in all Seramyu musicals. You can't beat the first stage production.... you just can't!!!
The melody and flow of this song sounds like a variation of what you'd hear in an old western film, when the hero has his horse in full gallop, chasing down the villains.
Sailor War is GREAT but Sailor War Supreme is like...even BETTER.....it's so DAMN good!! epic!!!! I love it to pieces!!! the 2/3 groups...the choreography...and that ending!!! right into my heart
Sera Myu is coming to the states, for the first time i will be able to see a performance live, i dont know what their song list is, but some part of me will always pray that there will be a homage to sailor war at some point
I love this song, I really do, and the whole cast. But does this video look like they're doing playback, or something? Or whatever was recorded for one performance was mixed with video from another performance? I ask because the audio recording DOES sound like live performance as opposed to studio recording (except the orchestra, of course).
@@fatak5106 After many additional views of the video (and a number of other versions), I came to conclusion they all lip-synced this song. There's a clear difference in sound of all vocals between this song and any others in the musical, lip movements don't match up 100% and there's no breathing sounds in between verses that can be heard in other songs. There's also no movement of lips/chin/throat and diaphragm when there's vibrato heard in solo lines, which is a dead giveaway of a lip-synced performance. I mean, this is an extremely difficult song to pull off live, with 3-part counterpoint and all that movement on stage. I don't blame 'em for lip-syncing. Still, would've been stellar to witness a true live vocals performance of this, even if it wasn't perfect as studio version is.
@@EvilDragon666 Oh you are right! That is a great observation btw. Maybe they perform this number live in other shows that are not recorded? Like I think there are another five to six performances of Stars Kaiteban musical.

I have to say I really do prefer Marina Moons version from 2004. Its more fun to watch and I love the voices in that musical. Plus Marina is one of my favorite moons.
Anza version is the best to me, And Anza is my Favourite moon. This version is more epic and the voice are all blended well. The choreography are superb and the casts are amazing.

I think they aren't, This is Kaiteban version. And In Early Musicals, They sang live in The Kaiteban stages
