Sailor Moon Stars is the most violent and dark among the other seasons...and though it is a maho-shojo, Sailor Moon is actually full of emotions and lessons, as much as you get to see in other animes.
I think Sailor Moon S is the darkest season. I mean, Sailor Senshi willing to kill to save the galaxy is pretty hard-core. Still, Stars is still a kick ass season. I can never have enough Chibi Chibi.
That song gives me depressive thoughts. It gives the feeling that the end is near. It reminds that you will eventually have to bid farewell to everyone you love, everything you enjoyed in life. That everything must come to an end, every adventure, including the greatest and most important one, called life. I bet Sailor Moon Cosmos, a conclusion to Crystal, will have the same vibe. Okay, Sailor Moon, then Sailor Moon R, then Sailor Moon S, then Supers, then Stars. There is a dub, and a new dub. (And sub as usual) Then 2 movies, the SM R movie and the S movie. Also, there is a manga which is AWESOME! Also there is Sailor Moon Crystal, which is the reboot, it covers the first two arcs. Sailor Moon was my first anime, so I kinda know a lot about it.
