Nice job on that old Winchester shotgun. Even though the value of such guns is low, the result was great. The gun connection to a certain human has enduring value to those who knew him.

i have the .410 version of this, annoying story on how i got it. it was a rustbucket among my grandfather's collection, it was one of his fix it himselfers as the foreend was missing. ended up taking it to a local gunsmith after getting all the replacment parts off Numerich and finding a reproduction forend furniture. the Forend Spacer was originally plastic but i got a replacement in Airplane Aluminum and it works alot better in my opinion. it went from being parts to a cherished keepsake of my own collection.

I have one these, it was my dad's and my grandfather's. Mine is a 20ga though. Would love to see it restored like this!
