    Great presentation! On my wishlist is perhaps a second level of gauges across the top for a little more quick-glance info, and to be able to see closest Baro setting there. :)

    I am very near to making the switch.
    * Icons and text are easier to read.
    * Winds Aloft are easily considered for flight altitude planning.
    * Vertical Speed Required!!! Yay!
    * Reads live ADS-B Traffic from my Dynon Skyview!!!
    Easier access to other common features.
    Checking distance between 2 points by pressing with 2 fingers, provides terrain altitude info ALONG WITH the basic distance. You can grab 1 end of this reference line and reposition it for a different point instead of having to click off, then create a new one!

    Changing the flight plan that's in bolder brighter lettering.. the lettering/numbering that I'm changing disappears when the keyboard pops up over it. Latest ver 4/14/20

    Are you going to make a fully funtional app for androids?

    • @FlyQEFB
      @FlyQEFB  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not at this time, Dave. Perhaps in the future. The cost to do a complete re-write to get it to work on Android just isn't justified, from a business perspective, esp. now that an extremely capable iPad can be had for just $329 (or less during Black Friday). That may change, but, for now, we help far more pilots by investing our $ and development time in iOS apps.

      If you're like me .. you're getting a lot of indoor trainer time right now. Ride On! (full disclosure: I do use Zwift but also Rouvy and TrainerRoader -- mostly TrainerRoad).

    What is the green outline box on the approach plates?

    • @FlyQEFB
      @FlyQEFB  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's the outline to the "draw area" of the plate -- as opposed to the text areas.

      FlyQ EFB I was guessing that, but what is the significant of that? Does FlyQ use that somewhere else in the app?

    • @FlyQEFB
      @FlyQEFB  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LTVoyager Not really, no. But if the line is not green (like red) is notes that the plate is expired. You also may see an explicit note that it is NOT geo-referenced (this indicates that we found a problem w/ the FAA plate itself).

    A simple flight plan VFR one stop going and coming. Moving and talking very slowly. You are moving so fast and jumping around a lot. Who care at first about the multitude of information available on this product. No offense but you are not the right guy for the new user training your the guy for advanced user.in one minute you hit so many tabs and spend five seconds on it and move on.
