以前細個唔識, 而家大左先知真正美味係咩, 專注一辨做幾十年, 半夜三點起身煲粥, 只賣你幾蚊, 先唔講價錢, 食到碗用心靚粥真係要感動同感激, 真美味在平凡平常中.仔麼海膽和牛, 什麼日本廚師發辦, 試過就算, 就算唔駛錢任我揀, 我寧願食用心平常的小店小菜.
貼地，美味，好睇，嘉昇識食，好食同唔好食都直講，大秋圓滑，好多時怕得罪人，兩個人對食物質素同味道，嘉昇明顯係挑啲同要求高啲，價錢性價比都要高
看到3￥炒粉泪水不自觉从嘴角流下，妈的在国外的炒牛河都是在牛肉里找河粉，粥粉面这类需要特殊技艺的中国特色主食都比肉贵，所以国外同胞看隔壁蛋白质组真没啥特别感觉，反而碳水组的小吃更加有吸引力
