这家看着并不是单县羊肉汤。不过出了山东，都爱打单县的旗号。要我说单县羊肉汤也就那么回事，二十年前最出名的也就是长途汽车站门口那家，所谓特色就是盛汤的老爷子会小心翼翼的给每一碗加几滴花椒油？这在当时算是特色了。我的观点是单县羊肉汤还不错，但远达不到一统山东的水平。就算在菏泽（单县是菏泽下属的一个县），卖羊肉汤的多了，打着单县旗号的也就寥寥。当然这是二十几年前的行市，现在如何就不知道了。不过老广喜欢羊杂汤羊肉汤这种北方美食。还是很出乎我的意料。当然喝的不太专业，明显是按照广东煲汤的喝法来的，纯喝汤啊。正经的北方羊肉汤，一定是泡面食一起吃的，当主食，就是一顿完整的饭！有的是馍，有的是死面饼，有的是刷了油切成条的很薄的饼丝，而单县，标准就是烤的死面圆饼切成三角形，不泡，拿着吃。否则光是一碗汤怎么可能吃饱，尿一泡没了。而只吃肉吃到饱显然太贵，除了养羊的牧民，普通人怎么可能这么奢侈。这个视频，开个玩笑说，就是山寨的单县羊肉汤馆子，遇到了业余羊肉汤食客。
