Love mine. I can't hear the camera on mine unless i put my ear to it. The sound is very slight. I use tactacam also and planning on getting pro version of this camera also
Just got one.... can't hear mine rotating but wouldn't think it's as loud as a feeder throwing corn or leaves rustling. GPS on mine is more accurate than what the fedex guy uses :) Anyway, you can see how it is aimed by opening the app on your phone and clicking ON-DEMAND to get a live picture. I think that's better in a lot of ways than having a screen on the camera (one more thing to break & saves $).
Hope you have good luck with it. I have low cell signal so doing on demand photo then trying to get my app to pull up where I hunt is nearly impossible. It does get good cell signal I will say that.
If they are noticing it I consider that a bad sign. I know some deer will come sniff cams but I feel a mature buck will not be curious about it. But instead bolt out of there. I have pics of deer staring at my cam. Makes me wonder if it’s spooking them.
Looking to try something new since my SPYPOINT cameras are crapping out on me. I like the 360 camera so your review caught my attention. Thanks for the info, it was very helpful.
I use my for my property watch dog lol no problem with mine, pics are great night or day..lots of bear pics and deer pics,i think its just what a person prefers..but mine is working fine tho.
Looking for a good cellular camera for security of my rural home that has live view.... like a Keen Ranger PT but without the solar panel for stealth. Is this camera a live view camera or only at the programmed times? Any other good cellular live view cams that are somewhat stealthy?
Spartan go live would be the only one I can think of off the top of my head. I think manufacturers are hesitant to make cams like that due to some states debating banning live view. If you go with a Tactacam X Pro you’re getting pics/videos with maybe a 15 sec delay. Plus gps tracking if someone was to take it. That would be the model I recommend
I have used stealth cellular cameras and the price of the plans alone is what got me to stop using them. Customer service is also non existent in the event you run into an issue. Cool idea though!
I’ve heard this before but didn’t actually experience any negative customer support so I didn’t include anything about it. But that is the reputation for stealth cameras I believe.
My gps on mine is spot on. Also i Can not hear mine at all. yeah i can see the camera move if i focuse on it. Not a problem for deer im sure.

Any idea what the pro version offers that this one doesn’t have?
@@TripleRwoods I know it has a longer detection range, better picture quality, and better video quality

They changed the pricing this month.
Yea they lowered the price pretty quick.
I got 2 on The way for 80 $ a piece and it's the 360 pro! My buddy gets a discount!
I've had deer stick their nose to it out of curiosity. The noise isn't bothering them or the turkey.

@@TripleRwoods Thanks!
Reconyx cameras have a live view feature. They are quite a bit more expensive than these.
What’s the battery life ? Just for batteries only not solar .
Not bad. I originally thought it was really good. But as soon as it started dropping it drops fast. I put it on 1 transmission per day, that helps.
How is the standard quality photos it sends compared to tacatacam?
Tactacam is slightly better
@@TripleRwoods have you tested spypoint flex? I've noticed their standard photos are like the HD photos on other cell cams
I haven’t yet. Might run some test with them before season. Thanks
How can you aproach the cam-gun without getting shot?
Helicopter
wrap the lens track with duck tape that way they wont see it move.

When i had the moultrie panoramic, ants could get inside, and lay eggs all around the lens
This one does have a clear lens in front of the moving lens. Hopefully that isn’t going to happen. 😬
Want some cheese with that whine....
Nah… better quality for $150 would be nice tho. Lol
Just saved me $250aussie dollars
Plastic gears ? ...beware !
That’s not good. 😬
