December is coming up. It’s good to know the roots of our sport. That gives us a better perspective and not take things for granted. Like the availability of so much tech, innovation, that we almost get so confused with all the choices making us believe these are the only solution to make us better. When in fact it’s the most basics of approach that stand the test of time

"We're not going to join the sprint because it's their race, we're just training" still got the places tho, you trained them to win coach.
I just hope I have the money so I can learn from you, been watching you for a long while 😅

I like this episode. Imagine how fast they are with steel bikes, aluminum wheels, cotton shirts. That passion and toiling day in and out. I vividly remember one of my marvel superheroes when I was 13 years old was this Guy who sells Charcoal (Uling) in our local palengke in Angeles. His name was Rogelio De Guzman. He had legs of steel and would often be at awe when we listen to their stories of training. He was team mates back then with these simple men who lived simple lives in the farms

Keep coaching and vlogging, be the instrument that one day( I pray) there will be this one guy that will rise in the tour the france to receive the championship medal at the podium..... a pinoy inspired by you!

Just wondering why you are not teaching them to hide from the wind especially when it’s headwind and which side to pull out when on paceline.
