He’s actually not. He a copy cat. This is One of the original Ny Bucket drummers him Along side Larry Wright literally invented bucket drumming. Took it to from the subways to broadway won tony awards and toured the world inspiring all the copy cars u see now. Literally every single person playing buckets are playing beats those two made up. Quick history lesson for you.

I can do exactly what he just did WITHOUT making faces. What is with the face? Is he in pain. I can do the same rhythms, same riffs, everything without making a face nor grunting. Why cant he? Probably because I have been playing since I was 8 and now 50, (42 years of drumming). You do not need to grunt nor make a face to look cool or professional. The drumming alone will do that.

And THEN ... some "genius" will accuse him of having no emotion. Can't win. No matter what ya do.
Don't like something ? Or, you realize you are a so much better at everything than anyone else ? Just move on ...

Dheep' P There is something seriously wrong with you if you think grunting and looking like you are in pain is cool....no it is not. What's wrong with you?!?!

Rei Lea It's pretty cool. It taps into the psyche of the observer, a better indication of passion within a piece of work. Remember, he is putting on a performance, and his performance is not solely music, but everything that a person sees and hears when looking at him. A guy with a stone cold facade playing next to him will seem like a lifeless gargoyle by comparison.

It's called feeling the music. Get that ugly ass EGO out of the way in your life. You'll find your being a lot happier.
