RUST REPAIR ON A FORD!

Rust tends to find it's way into most vehicles eventually. Trucks in partical seam to have the most issues as far as modern vehicles go. On this episode I'm cutting off and replacing the rusted out rocker panel on this Ford F150. Tune in to see how it's done!

i did the same exact repair on one of these but it was like that on both sides and parts of the inner structure was rotting out as well, biggest nightmare when doing rust repairs you won't know whats inside till you cut it open lol. nicely done!

Love your videos. This one helped me a lot when I did the rockers and cab corners on my truck. Lots of great tips and tricks. Have you ever done the inner rocker or sill on a truck. Need to do those next. Wondering if it’s the same process (knock out the spot welds) or if the top end of the sill I have to cut it like on top with the outter rocker? Assuming bottom is usually spot welds?

I'm from Maryland rust here to. When I buy something I'll look around here for a short time then I'll take a weekend drive to GA or FL buy a truck. I just went to FL couple weeks ago got my sister a mini van super clean underneath like new you won't find that here much plus we a crazy inspection
