I am so glad that you mentioned the Williams Steering Wheel Display! It really looked awkward and I really really wished for it change somehow.
I think the Red Bull RB7 had a similar steering arrangement, and it looked awkward back then as well, eventhough the display in the NA V8 era was considerable smaller with just a few LED indicators and digital screens.
Got to move with the times
In all honesty, it's 2022 3.0. But for Haas, it's time to sell what is an Indycar style team- Dallara chassis and Ferrari transmission. It worked in 2016 when the regs were different, but in 2024 it no longer works. Alpine are in major trouble, whilst VCARB (or RB Junior?) should aim for 6th. No excuses for Ricciardo & Tsunoda, they have to finish in top 6.
I agree, the business model they are using just isn't compatible with F1 in 2024. I think Gene will sell up depending on how things go this year
Love opinions on the teams. I mostly agree with your opinions. Just wish the FIA & F1 were on the same page with the Andretti situation. F1 woulda been WAY MORE EXCITING if they let ANDRETTI in as an 11th team or HAAS TAKEOVER. HAAS SUCKS. I want a true AMERICAN 🇺🇸 TEAM. NOT a Ferrari hand me down parts team with an American flag on the front wing or chassis.
