    I've been doing this "priming" for week or something: It works 👍... Something about the mindset, motivation, energy... I like it, i feel better: i believe I've adopted It as a 'morning ritual'...

    1. Sit comfortably. Put your hands up, breathe in through the nose, exhale through the nose while putting hands down. Repeat several times.
    2. Relax. Remember something you are thankful for. Feel it, enjoy it.
    3. Think of three things you want to achieve. Feel it.
    Process should take 10 minutes.

      This is not Bhastrika Pranayan. The Bhastrika Pranayan consists in fast, strong breaths.

    As a Muslim I wake up early at near 4 AM to pray in the mosque. After that I go to jogging and after that I clean near to my house and I give water to my planets and I give food to outside birds and water cause it's hot this days and after I start my journey.

      I love it that you give food and water to the outside birds in the morning. Giving them water is part of my morning routine and listening to them sign as I enjoy my coffee.

    from my experience of meditating for afew years daily... you have plenty of thoughts but you train the thoughts to be observed and not dwelled on i.e like clouds that float past in the sky and obviously clouds don't really stop do they ?

    Just a personal note, Robin was severely ill and dying from Lewy Body Dementia. But, yes, he likely had some other historically significant issues which he seemed to have overcome. Great video.

    What strikes me is that Tony Robbins puts meditation down as "not thinking" and something that doesn't work and then offers his own invention as an alternative.

      This meditation is not invented by Tony. It is part of Sudarshan Kriya which is Taught in Art of Living by Sri Sri Ravishankar guruji.
