Please you should correct the error in the sample problem.. D= 1ml (s)/1mL (s)+ 3mL (d)= 1mL/4mL=1/4= 1:4 so you wrote D= 1mL (s)/1ml ( s) + 4mL ( d)= 1ml/4mL=1/4=1:4
