thanks alot
Amazing! Lot's of love 🎉
Fire video
Thanks because we had studied well
this helped clear things up, thank you so much <3
Great video! Thanks
The right way to understand the DNA sequencing
This is more sense I'm a bit confused about the clarity of the serum .3rd week of taking class of phlebotomy
do you need to worry about the break for the centrifuge?
Dead blood work pressure 🛌
Thanks
Pharmacy students gather here❤
Clear and concise.
Cn I use the incubator @37°c for 10 mints for time consuming,,
Thank you so much❤❤
So that’s how they check your blood out? Amazing.
THANK YOU SO MUCH
19:58 can we make this in 3 tubes instead of 4. so it would be 1/4, 1/10, 1/10?
great video, couldnt find anything like it
I understood everything thank you for your great work
💗
❤
It is helpful
Please you should correct the error in the sample problem.. D= 1ml (s)/1mL (s)+ 3mL (d)= 1mL/4mL=1/4= 1:4 so you wrote D= 1mL (s)/1ml ( s) + 4mL ( d)= 1ml/4mL=1/4=1:4
You're absolutely right. Thanks for pointing this out. This is at 7:30 .
Great! Thank you
thank you continue
thank you continue
Please i need this as a PDF ??? can you replay me ???
#Clinical_Lab_Science_Videos Hey 👋 where i can found this presentation as a pdf please
The whole point of using a pst or sst tube is avoiding the time and usage of pipetting. Just pop the top and pour the serum or plasma in the pour off tube after spinning.
Yes. Plasma separator or serum separator tubes can also be used to easily obtain plasma or serum. However, there are some tests in the clinical lab that may be affected by using these types of tubes. In these cases, it would be best to use a regular red top tube.
Thanks sir
This is scary bcs i just had aserum bcs i vomited 5 times at a day :( now i am gmbettr and healthier
*Me watching the vid 2 hrs before the finals
Nicely presented topic. Well done
I think the guy is transferring plasma not serum
It’s serum because the blood was allowed to fully clot before centrifugation. Also, plasma can only be obtained in tubes with anticoagulants like EDTA (purple-top tubes).
Please explain machine validation
I'm in love with the voice 😍
11:00
3:13
Was the centrifuge blinking at 43oo for a reason?
That's the RPM of the centrifuge we are using. But it's equivalent to 2000g for our centrifuge.
👌
Is serum similar to plasma?
No ...plasma contains clotting factors but serum doesn't
Good job
thank u so much sir
thank you
could you get that blood back into your body ?
THANK YOU
How many days the serum can be stored at 4-5 Celsius degree ? Coud the serum be stored at minus 20 Celsius degree for long period ?
Serum can be stored in -20 degrees up for 3-4 weeks. For longer periods serum should be stored in -80 degrees.

So standard. Neat and clean presentation, easy to understand. Thank you.
