💝 the mambo ! Have had it for last 4 years, still works like the first flight it took. Consistent, robust & Engineered product. Am an licensed drone flyer and have flown Mavic Enterprise & Mavic Phantom pro which are industry level professional drones but can tell you Mambo is like what R2D2 was for Skywalker 😊 Like you said at the end of ur video it teaches you how to fly a drone 👌🏽

I have a mambo and it is very nice. I fly it indoors and outdoors as well. I also fly a parrot bebop 2 power and a DJI phantom 4 pro. I would recommend the mambo fpv to anyone who would like a very fun drone that is easy to fly but still has a HIGH END feal.

that is true, especially if you have all the stuff attached. I went on Amazon and searched for "parrot mambo charger" and found a set of 3 generic batteries and a power strip that will charge all 3 at once for $30. I recommend it if you want to get more flights in back to back!!
thanks for the tip! - i already ordered two extra batteries, and a spare propset, from the seller, takes about a week before i get them, and true, if one removes the cam on top, and no mobile, the flightime increases!, (liked the cat!) Levi
I have opened my box now. Do i have to put memory card to record or i can record using my phone paired with my drone? Thanks!
I think both but its best to record to SD card in the camera itself
I like the video but would have preferred a bit more time spent on the FPV as that is the USP. For example you didn't show the camera latency. Normally Wi-Fi cameras are pretty bad with latency so want to see if this one is the same

I have one but cant figure out if it's in race drift or normal mode do you know how you can tell
3:01 watch how the drone is stable and doesnt move much. As soon as I press the button on the remote watch how it begins to slide around and list up. it will Behave different in each mode.

What happens If you lose it how can you find the drone
The range isnt too far so if your flying in a open space and it lands in grass hopefully you can see the general direction it lands in. unfortunately it isn't big enough to have a speaker/alarm attached for it to make a beeping sound.
Hi how do people with bad eyesight use the fpv googles? Can you wear them on top of your glasses?
I can fit my glasses into the goggles. My glasses are kinda small though. hard to say, if you have VR gogles already you can use those instead of the ones that come with the drone.
U can use eye contacts also

These are hugely fiddly and its really hard to get the camera connection from dropping out. If you want something that works with a camera its better to move up the scale IMO. The Mambo is fun to fly but the camera stuff really isn't there.
Ho un drone parrot mambo fpv.. mai riuscito a collegare la telecamera allo smartphon. Poi ho cambiato telefono e non si collega alnuovo smarphon..un casino con la registrazzione al sito .. dovevate fare le cose piu semplici

How the hell do I switch rates from controller?? Its too slow in every direction.. Help!
you will need to connect your mambo and the flypad to the app to change speeds. The controller will only allow you to change between normal, drift, and race flight modes. load the app, connect both, on the flight screen you will see the settings gear, on the piloting tab scroll to the bottom and your speed settings are there. Max Inclination will change your forwards, back, left, right speeds.
@@StrikerBladeCo For some reason, I cant connect. I got the app but when it says connecting drone, it keeps going like it wont connect. Is there anything I can do from the controller to speed it up at all? Thank you.
if you have the camera attached then you will need to connect through wifi, if the camera is not attached then you will be connecting through Bluetooth. Id make sure both are turned on your phone. if that doesn't fix then id try a different phone.
@@StrikerBladeCo Actually, I finally got connected but a update to the app had to be done. But, since I dont have a P.C., I have to do it from my smartphone. And Iam waiting 1hour later to finish downloading. I hope iam doing it correctly. Any advice?? Thank you so far....
If you are updating using Bluetooth on your phone, yes it does take an uncomfortably long time to transfer the file over and update.

I've been flying quadcopters since January this year, my first video is my very first flight! Watched a few other drone related channels and thought I would try and develope my own channel further.
Getting those first few subs was such a hard climb, I think reaching out to other RC channels helps, comment and self promote, I also try to broaden into other related genres, such as hiking, exploring etc that might see a benefit from having a drone and maybe take an interest in your channel and support hopefully? 🤝

@@StrikerBladeCo I have the Mambo, rolling spider and the swing. Have to admit i really like the swing moat of all. The flypad makes all 3 so luch more fun. Have a job that requires me to use the FPV feature and i cannot find the camera AMYWHERE! even had a half hour talk with Parrot. I had sent them ny brand new (right around christmas) A.R. Drone Ver. 2.0 and was told that they no longer make it or repair it so i was sent the Jumping spider. Im 50 and need the damn drone for 3D Mapping city lots and was also told i should buy the FPV pack for the Mambo that they also did not have. I'm not a happy guy with Parrot and was bit by a truck at work and am in the middle of a court case so im pretty broke so The whole reason i got the mambo was to learn FPV! so im ready to pull my hair out. 😭
Ryze Tello is way better
Tello is pretty good, better flight time. Other than that I think they are comparable.

They are both good. I like flying with a remote which is extra on tello. tello is much better for flight time tho.
