Darling Lisa, you can't imagine the positive impact you have had in my life. I went Keto just over 2-years ago watching your weight loss, health transformation begin in 2020. I have lost 70+ lbs. as a result and have maintained for over a year now. Watching your inspirational videos and having some residual issues (like skin and hormonal), I have transitioned to Carnivore (7 weeks now). I cannot believe how much better EVERYTHING is in just that short amount of time. All my skin issues...gone, I'm sleeping like a baby, I'm NEVER hungry, I'm more focused, I have more energy, not bloated anymore, and I'm losing inches and feel less fat on my body. I am in my 70's and feel as good as I ever have. It's life changing and I am so grateful to you. Thank you so much for keeping Carnivore in the forefront. Ive been carnivore since 2008 . Since before it was a thing and I love it! I was able to drop over 50 lbs and have kept it off. All my labs have always been good, glory to God, and I will never go back. Thank you for sharing this knowledge! ❤
So, I just started watching your channel a few weeks and and my husband and I have slowly started to make the switch to carnivore (no bread or sugar to start but still eating veggies). I've always been thin, but menopause has been brutal and I've put on many pounds (regardless of how little I would eat). It was WHAT I was eating and the wine with every meal. I started getting skin tags in my under arm area. I was HORRIFIED and actually have an appointment with my dermatologist to have them removed this July 2023. Well, I noticed today that they are gone. They're just gone! I was watching another channel about insulin resistance and one of the signs is skin tags. They have nothing to do with irritation to the skin - it's insulin resistance. I'm getting healthier and I am so grateful to have found your channel!!!!!! Thank you...
I’m 40. I’ve been carnivore for almost three months now. I’ve had spotty irregular periods for years and my doctor just said it was normal because I’m getting older but I didn’t like that answer! Within three weeks of carnivore I had a full regular healthy period and it’s stayed that way every month since! I haven’t lost much weight but I’ve lost some inches and I just know this is healing me of 20 years of dieting and garbage eating. ❤
Hopeful for me. I’ve been having longer periods than ever, more painful for mood swings etc. most months I have my regular long period and then two weeks later I’m having mini periods in between, and not properly ovulating. We are trying to have another baby and it hasn’t been happening. I’m starting keto and transitioning into carnivore in hopes it will help and we can have a baby.
2 years ago I stumbled upon your carnivore story/IBS and I decided to try Keto because at that time I wasn’t ready for Carnivore. Omgosh, Lisa. I started keto in Nov 2020 and evolved to carnivore a few months after, and have been carnivore ever since. I'm 46, today, and I've lost 148 pounds. I'm now 5' feet tall and weigh 169 pounds so I know I have more weight to lose , but it's STOPPED I do lift a couple times a week and want to be much more fit by the time I reach 50 . It's taking so much patience, but I've come so far! Our reasons for starting this way of eating are very different but I relate to so many of your experiences. Yes❣ So many issues have been healed or are healing with a carnivore diet. My husband and I started this journey when he was diagnosed with cancer. He's now cancer free and my autoimmune issues are healing🙌🏻
I used to be vegan and my IBS-D was horribly disturbed by being vegan. I’m now Ketovore… eat very few veg, some dairy but minimal and mostly meat. Less than 20g carbs per day and I’m filled with energy now- no naps. Age 48. So easy to eat on this too- just go out and eat steak, fish or something simple. ❤ it. Keep spreading the word.
Not long after I started on carni my constant plague of tooth/gum abscesses absolutely disappeared...among other wonderful health benefits. Will never stop this way of eating!
Hey Lisa, I’ve been here for over 10 years with you and always loved this style of video from you. I got really sick with long covid exactly a year ago today, it’s damaged my nervous system etc, and was be bound for 8/9 months. I’m only 30 and was in the position of losing my job and possibly having to move home to be cared for. I was still watching your videos and felt so defeated with my health issues that I went full on elimination like you. I went from not being able to walk with fatigue to being back at work full time 3 months later. Now if it try add anything not keto back in, I am asleep for daaaays and in so much pain! So as you can imagine I stick to it pretty much 100%. It really has given me my life back. Thank you 🙏

I feel terrible that Tati is getting so much backlash about going carnivore. Her comments are flooding with angry people saying she’s being irresponsible when she hasn’t done anything wrong. she is just sharing her experience she’s not threatening or mandating people to do this diet. What’s crazy is that if people suggest going vegan, no one bats an eye and they applaud them for being “hEaLtHy”.
Unfortunately the beauty community has some of the most toxic fans. Quick to bandwagon, quick to cancel, and full of fickle folk. Thankfully, Tati seems mature enough to handle them these days by just ignoring them.

Hi. I too couldn't do carnivore. Made my RA worse. I had to go raw vegan to rid my symptoms and clear pain and fog. It's funny how some things work for some and not others. I think cutting out wheat and processed food is the main thing, drink lots of water and plenty of omega 3. And try to be happy. Good luck to you x

I will be 53 tomorrow and I am going to treat myself by starting fresh with carnivore. I know I feel so good when I just eat meat. Hi Lisa, I am all the way in Australia 🇦🇺 but I love watching you now almost daily. You really inspire me. I am 38 and I am suffering all the peri-menopausal symptoms. But I have been doing almost carnivore (just a nearly ripe banana a day), I can’t believe I have stuck with something for more than two weeks. I can’t believe I have no bloating! I have been sick since I was a baby. I was diagnosed fructose, sucrose and lactose intolerant as a baby. My poor mum didn’t know what to feed me. Anyway, I have already had my gums stop bleeding from flossing, lost 3.5 kilos in a month, had less BO, not feel hungry! I’m excited to see if my PMS improves this month. I am determined after seeing your videos to go into my 40’s Faithful and Fabulous! I am sick of being sick and tired! I’m like you, I believe God wants us to have joy and health not sickness and sadness. Keep on doing you! You are inspiring all of us. Also - I tried mash potatoes the other night after years of always eating them and my left side down my hip hurt and ached for three days!!! I couldn’t believe it. I am so use to having my wheat pack and peppermint oil to put on my tummy each week for my cramping and severe pain. Been to all the drs and no answers! Even my kids and husband know when mum stops talking and lays down and could almost cry to run and grab the wheat pack. I do have beginnings of adenomyosis and was thinking I have to get a hysterectomy but now I have faith and hope that I can manage it with this diet. I wish I could talk with more people about it but I guess in time I will. People think we have an eating disorder or mental problem if we say we are just eating animal products. But that’s because they don’t know the back story. So that’s why your videos are important because it helps us feel not alone and like there is a community! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Lisa, I can’t stop looking at your eyes as they just sparkle/glow and the whites are so white. I truly believe this is a bonus of the carnivore diet. I have often heard that if you want to know the health of a person, just look at their eyes. Your eyes are a picture of health. I decided to look at one of your videos 4 years prior, before you were on carnivore; I chose your video about the Walmart Haul. It was noticeable to me that your eyes lacked the same lustre and shine of today, and your whites had more redness to them back then. You can add this bonus of carnivore to improved skin, hair, and nails. Congratulations.
Oh Lisa...I almost cried when you were talking about not feeling well and not being happy or wanting to go places because of how you look. I am absolutely miserable and I've been hiding from people and places for almost 4 years now. I have 40 lbs to lose and I'm not a patient person. I'm through menopause and I don't even recognize myself and haven't for quite a while. My personality has changed and I'm exhausted and angry at myself most of the time for letting this happen. I like the very simple approach to carnivore that you have and that you don't get caught up in all of the hype about organic and grass fed. You just eat to feel and look good and that's my goal. I have to rewatch your latest what you eat in a day video and try again. You're right about the stigma that's attached to this diet and I just have to get it out of my head. Your comment got my attention. Lisa inspired me a couple yrs ago. I’m very low carb, more keto but I’d like to try carnivore too. I lost all my extra weight but I think I just may feel better on carnivore. I combine with IF. Good luck! PS. Hi, I know exactly how you feel, I got diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis same time I hit menopause. I can't do carnivore as it makes my arthritis worse. So I do raw vegan. I don't think it matters what you do but you must cut out completely all wheat and processed food. You will loose weight. So whether you eat only meat or only whole plant based or a mixture of the two it doesn't matter get rid of the crap. Menopause feelings is a wh old lot of how you feel. I'm eating Keto but I'm really looking at the benefits of Carnivore! I had IBSD but I now only occasional flare ups. The most amazing thing is my thinking. I am 63 yrs old, on carnivore 63 days. no more arthritis on my hand and no more snoring, no more gas, and i just have more energy and good mood. my blood glucose went normal and lost some belly fat - which was the hardest to lose on plant based diet. I can eat low carb forever. less food prepping too.
Amen sister! I just started carnivore about a month ago. I have gut issues, histamine, psoriasis, thyroid, hormone issues. I just did a SIBO test today and a yeast test the other day. Hoping to get the test back soon. But I’m doing this and feeling a bit better. I do have friends and family saying how worried they are, but I was down to so few foods I figured why not and I love meat, so it works well for me. I can’t do dairy or eggs and I’m bit sensitive to fat, so it’s all meat for me with as much fat as I can handle. Thank you for this. I just tell people I’m eating meat right now to try and heal my gut, I’ve tried just about everything else.

I first went on this kind of diet when I was 15-16 yrs old. Leading up to that time, I was about 20-25 lbs overweight, I had acne, I had trouble focusing in school so my grades were not very good, and, most notably, I was on antibiotics for chronic kidney infections which my doctors could not figure out (still have no idea what the cause was). Within 3 months of being on this diet, I lost all the excess weight, my skin cleared up, I was able to focus in school and went from a B- average to almost straight A's in my senior year high school, and I was able to get off the antibiotics permanently. Thru the years, I've gone on this kind of diet off and on, but since menopause, I have not tried it. You have inspired me to give it a go once again.
A couple of my sons told me about this diet around a year ago. Well I decided to try it two months ago:) What a difference! I don’t think I ever want to stop:) It’s healed my gut! I feel so much better!
Hey Lisa, I started the carnivore diet in March. I lost 15 lbs. I haven't gotten the other 10 lbs off because I keep eating chocolate. I am a stress eater. But I am working on it. I am 62 years old and still work, go to church, and I am so busy all the time. Sometimes I get so stressed that I just gorge on chocolate. I told myself I won't eat anymore until Thanksgiving. The problem is, I forget my promises to myself. I drink a glass of wine every night. I think that is part of my problem. I want to get to a point where I don't drink at all. I look really good for my age. I do work out and I have been told I could pass for 40. I see how successful you are with your diet and I just want to say how beautiful you look.

I shared your video with my granddaughter who’s in her 20’s but has been losing weight because she wants to get pregnant. I lost down from 300 lbs on basically the same diet but thanks to two bouts of COVID have lost down too far but this diet really does work. I always took 2 days off every 2 weeks though so my body would reset. Love your videos 😘

I’ve been thinking of going carnivore since your first video. I watch Tati’s channel as well and that nudged me further. I’ve had so many GI issues and am sick of it. About 3 months ago I had to be prescribed a type of Prilosec. Now that I feel a tiny bit better I want to feel even better but with out meds. Your excitement is contagious. ❤
A great guy to listen to on youtube is Food Lies. He talks science etc. I went carnivore based years ago and solved all my GI issues. Salad, seed oils, chicken (factory farmed full of linoleum acid) sugar, processed food (even Keto foods) all contribute to gut issues. You do not want to be on Prilosec (low acid medications) cause bone density, liver, and gut issues. Eat eggs, raw dairy, red meat, mercury free fish, clean chicken and pork. Since eating more carnivore I've added fruit and do very well on it. Not trying to be bossy but encouraging. You can feel so much better!

I have been dealing with gut issues my whole life. I’m 46 now and been gluten free for 10 years and went Carnivore (plus fruit n raw dairy) for two weeks and I feel so alive. My mind and emotions are more steady and my body has dropped so much inflammation although I weigh the same. I’m very grateful to feel better!
I have been a plant based for more 14.5 years. I gave the Carnivore Diet to help with my chronic migraines which I have been dealing with for more than 10 years. My husband recommended I look into it after listening to a podcast. So I did my research and came across Dr Ken Berry who also suffered from migraines. What a relief I have had! After being Carnivore for a while and feeling so good, I tried to add a bit of veg and fruit slowly and it was not good for me. Immediately, I was hit with a migraine attack that lasted close to two weeks. So I went back to fully Carnivore. That’s what works for me and I am so happy and relieved.. Same here! Added some carbs 3 slice's bread, a tiny bit of sugar, several potatoes in these last 2 weeks systems returned! I was doing so good, if I run out of food again I will just fast those days! I was doing just Ketovore and was doing so much better then in 2 weeks most all symptoms returned. I jumped back on the wagon this am. Praying for the same results this time, and I know there are some carbs in I will never tolerate!
I had never heard of Carnivore until you started to talk about it. It changed my life but I still need help to lose weight. I'm in the process of getting approved for bariatric surgery (gastric bypass) and I got blessing from my bariatric team to STAY carnivore! I swear I cried when I heard that. I'm 58 and my youngest just turned 15 and there are a lot of things at the school he wants me to attend and i can't because I cant walk because I am almost 400 pounds. I was carnivore for over a year and I will always use it as a bit of a reset but I won’t ever do it long term again. It gave me pancreas issues, hot flashes, panic attacks, high glucose and pre-diabetic with my A1C numbers. I smelled bad and my health was really terrible, just like my health was really terrible after being a vegan for 11 years. For myself, it was harsh for my body to not eat fruits or vegetables for over a year on carnivore. But I think it’s great to help if I am having a flare of any sort with acid reflux or SIBO. Everyone is different. I would honestly love it if I could thrive on carnivore but it didn’t make me feel good long term. I still eat meat but not exclusively.

Guess why they lowered the "normal" cholesterol lab numbers a few years ago? So they can put every human being on Cholesterol lowering drugs. These drugs are horrible for you. Unexpectedly, after only 5 weeks on modified carnivore (dairy, fruit), my hair stopped falling out. I’m 73 and work out 2x/wk. part of that time is spent lying on a massage table doing stretches, with my head resting on a white towel. There were typically a dozen broken hairs on that towel; last workout, none! Just none! I’m really thrilled!
I lost 40 lbs doing keto and intermittent fasting. I went through menopause last year and am fully menopausal now. I have been a lot more loose about eating “keto” in the last couple of years with the pandemic and not being as active as I used to be and have gained about 15 lbs. I am still very low carb and getting back into exercising, the latter for muscle strength and heart health because I know it’s food that affects your weight the most, not exercise. I feel like menopause has really affected my ability to lose weight especially around my middle. I keep going back and forth about going carnivore. It’s been a bit of a struggle. I usually go all in with a change that I am committed to but this one keeps eluding me. I think it’s because I can’t imagine life without vegetables. Like you said I just just try it for a week and see how it goes.
Lisa you have inspired me again to try carnivore again I didn’t do it but for a couple of weeks - but I have been having accidents if you know what I mean and I am just devastated and embarrassed beyond belief- both times I was with my daughter bless her heart- I am 75 and I have found the order I am getting the more things don’t agree with Me , a salad is one thing that effects me So bad - but there are any more Also lactose My dr wasn’t happy when I said I wanted to try it- but she’s not the one that feels so bad my hair and skin us bad - i only wish that meat wasn’t so expensive/ I am in by own so I have to watch what I spend- I am tired of having a stomach ache. I’m 50 days in, and feel Fantastic 🎉. I do crave sometimes, but the way I feel supersedes the risk. My chronic back pain has really subsided, IBS, and my energy is awesome. Darling Lisa, you can't imagine the positive impact you have had in my life. I went Keto just over 2-years ago watching your weight loss, health transformation begin in 2020. I have lost 70+ lbs. as a result and have maintained for over a year now. Watching your inspirational videos and having some residual issues (like skin and hormonal), I have transitioned to Carnivore (7 weeks now). I cannot believe how much better EVERYTHING is in just that short amount of time. All my skin issues...gone, I'm sleeping like a baby, I'm NEVER hungry, I'm more focused, I have more energy, not bloated anymore, and I'm losing inches and feel less fat on my body. So, I just started watching your channel a few weeks and and my husband and I have slowly started to make the switch to carnivore (no bread or sugar to start but still eating veggies). I've always been thin, but menopause has been brutal and I've put on many pounds (regardless of how little I would eat). It was WHAT I was eating and the wine with every meal. I started getting skin tags in my under arm area. I was HORRIFIED and actually have an appointment with my dermatologist to have them removed this July 2023. Well, I noticed today that they are gone. They're just gone! I was watching another channel about insulin resistance and one of the signs is skin tags. They have nothing to do with irritation to the skin - it's insulin resistance. I'm getting healthier and I am so grateful to have found your channel!!!!!! Thank you...

I’m 40. I’ve been carnivore for almost three months now. I’ve had spotty irregular periods for years and my doctor just said it was normal because I’m getting older but I didn’t like that answer! Within three weeks of carnivore I had a full regular healthy period and it’s stayed that way every month since! I haven’t lost much weight but I’ve lost some inches and I just know this is healing me of 20 years of dieting and garbage eating. ❤

Hopeful for me. I’ve been having longer periods than ever, more painful for mood swings etc. most months I have my regular long period and then two weeks later I’m having mini periods in between, and not properly ovulating. We are trying to have another baby and it hasn’t been happening. I’m starting keto and transitioning into carnivore in hopes it will help and we can have a baby.
2 years ago I stumbled upon your carnivore story/IBS and I decided to try Keto because at that time I wasn’t ready for Carnivore. Omgosh, Lisa. I started keto in Nov 2020 and evolved to carnivore a few months after, and have been carnivore ever since. I'm 46, today, and I've lost 148 pounds. I'm now 5' feet tall and weigh 169 pounds so I know I have more weight to lose , but it's STOPPED I do lift a couple times a week and want to be much more fit by the time I reach 50 . It's taking so much patience, but I've come so far! Our reasons for starting this way of eating are very different but I relate to so many of your experiences.

I used to be vegan and my IBS-D was horribly disturbed by being vegan. I’m now Ketovore… eat very few veg, some dairy but minimal and mostly meat. Less than 20g carbs per day and I’m filled with energy now- no naps. Age 48. So easy to eat on this too- just go out and eat steak, fish or something simple. ❤ it. Keep spreading the word.

Hey Lisa, I’ve been here for over 10 years with you and always loved this style of video from you. I got really sick with long covid exactly a year ago today, it’s damaged my nervous system etc, and was be bound for 8/9 months. I’m only 30 and was in the position of losing my job and possibly having to move home to be cared for. I was still watching your videos and felt so defeated with my health issues that I went full on elimination like you. I went from not being able to walk with fatigue to being back at work full time 3 months later. Now if it try add anything not keto back in, I am asleep for daaaays and in so much pain! So as you can imagine I stick to it pretty much 100%. It really has given me my life back. Thank you 🙏

I feel terrible that Tati is getting so much backlash about going carnivore. Her comments are flooding with angry people saying she’s being irresponsible when she hasn’t done anything wrong. she is just sharing her experience she’s not threatening or mandating people to do this diet. What’s crazy is that if people suggest going vegan, no one bats an eye and they applaud them for being “hEaLtHy”.
Unfortunately the beauty community has some of the most toxic fans. Quick to bandwagon, quick to cancel, and full of fickle folk. Thankfully, Tati seems mature enough to handle them these days by just ignoring them.

Hi. I too couldn't do carnivore. Made my RA worse. I had to go raw vegan to rid my symptoms and clear pain and fog. It's funny how some things work for some and not others. I think cutting out wheat and processed food is the main thing, drink lots of water and plenty of omega 3. And try to be happy. Good luck to you x

I will be 53 tomorrow and I am going to treat myself by starting fresh with carnivore. I know I feel so good when I just eat meat. Hi Lisa, I am all the way in Australia 🇦🇺 but I love watching you now almost daily. You really inspire me. I am 38 and I am suffering all the peri-menopausal symptoms. But I have been doing almost carnivore (just a nearly ripe banana a day), I can’t believe I have stuck with something for more than two weeks. I can’t believe I have no bloating! I have been sick since I was a baby. I was diagnosed fructose, sucrose and lactose intolerant as a baby. My poor mum didn’t know what to feed me. Anyway, I have already had my gums stop bleeding from flossing, lost 3.5 kilos in a month, had less BO, not feel hungry! I’m excited to see if my PMS improves this month. I am determined after seeing your videos to go into my 40’s Faithful and Fabulous! I am sick of being sick and tired! I’m like you, I believe God wants us to have joy and health not sickness and sadness. Keep on doing you! You are inspiring all of us.
Also - I tried mash potatoes the other night after years of always eating them and my left side down my hip hurt and ached for three days!!! I couldn’t believe it.
I am so use to having my wheat pack and peppermint oil to put on my tummy each week for my cramping and severe pain. Been to all the drs and no answers! Even my kids and husband know when mum stops talking and lays down and could almost cry to run and grab the wheat pack. I do have beginnings of adenomyosis and was thinking I have to get a hysterectomy but now I have faith and hope that I can manage it with this diet.
I wish I could talk with more people about it but I guess in time I will. People think we have an eating disorder or mental problem if we say we are just eating animal products. But that’s because they don’t know the back story. So that’s why your videos are important because it helps us feel not alone and like there is a community! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Lisa, I can’t stop looking at your eyes as they just sparkle/glow and the whites are so white. I truly believe this is a bonus of the carnivore diet. I have often heard that if you want to know the health of a person, just look at their eyes. Your eyes are a picture of health. I decided to look at one of your videos 4 years prior, before you were on carnivore; I chose your video about the Walmart Haul. It was noticeable to me that your eyes lacked the same lustre and shine of today, and your whites had more redness to them back then. You can add this bonus of carnivore to improved skin, hair, and nails. Congratulations.
Oh Lisa...I almost cried when you were talking about not feeling well and not being happy or wanting to go places because of how you look. I am absolutely miserable and I've been hiding from people and places for almost 4 years now. I have 40 lbs to lose and I'm not a patient person. I'm through menopause and I don't even recognize myself and haven't for quite a while. My personality has changed and I'm exhausted and angry at myself most of the time for letting this happen. I like the very simple approach to carnivore that you have and that you don't get caught up in all of the hype about organic and grass fed. You just eat to feel and look good and that's my goal. I have to rewatch your latest what you eat in a day video and try again. You're right about the stigma that's attached to this diet and I just have to get it out of my head. I'm going to try it for a solid week this time, exactly the way that you do it and I'll let you know 😳 wish me luck and send me prayers, please. I just want to feel and look good again. Hi, I know exactly how you feel, I got diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis same time I hit menopause. I can't do carnivore as it makes my arthritis worse. So I do raw vegan. I don't think it matters what you do but you must cut out completely all wheat and processed food. You will loose weight. So whether you eat only meat or only whole plant based or a mixture of the two it doesn't matter get rid of the crap. Menopause feelings is a wh old lot of how you feel. I was diagnosed with IBS years ago when I ate bread and other carbs. The pain with it was horrible! The less carbs and sugar I eat, the better I feel.
I'm eating Keto but I'm really looking at the benefits of Carnivore! I had IBSD but I now only occasional flare ups. The most amazing thing is my thinking. I am pretty logical thinking but wow, I'm thinking better and am able to make better decisions. I am seriously following your example! Thank you so much.

Lisa, I thought I was watching Pamela Anderson - you do like her in her Baywatch years:) love your hair and skin! I notice myself too I do not feel sleepy or tired at around 2 pm like i used too. I am 63 yrs old, on carnivore 63 days. no more arthritis on my hand and no more snoring, no more gas, and i just have more energy and good mood. my blood glucose went normal and lost some belly fat - which was the hardest to lose on plant based diet. I can eat low carb forever. less food prepping too.
Amen sister! I just started carnivore about a month ago. I have gut issues, histamine, psoriasis, thyroid, hormone issues. I just did a SIBO test today and a yeast test the other day. Hoping to get the test back soon. But I’m doing this and feeling a bit better. I do have friends and family saying how worried they are, but I was down to so few foods I figured why not and I love meat, so it works well for me. I can’t do dairy or eggs and I’m bit sensitive to fat, so it’s all meat for me with as much fat as I can handle. Thank you for this. I just tell people I’m eating meat right now to try and heal my gut, I’ve tried just about everything else.

I first went on this kind of diet when I was 15-16 yrs old. Leading up to that time, I was about 20-25 lbs overweight, I had acne, I had trouble focusing in school so my grades were not very good, and, most notably, I was on antibiotics for chronic kidney infections which my doctors could not figure out (still have no idea what the cause was). Within 3 months of being on this diet, I lost all the excess weight, my skin cleared up, I was able to focus in school and went from a B- average to almost straight A's in my senior year high school, and I was able to get off the antibiotics permanently. Thru the years, I've gone on this kind of diet off and on, but since menopause, I have not tried it. You have inspired me to give it a go once again.
A couple of my sons told me about this diet around a year ago. Well I decided to try it two months ago:) What a difference!

Hey Lisa, I started the carnivore diet in March. I lost 15 lbs. I haven't gotten the other 10 lbs off because I keep eating chocolate. I am a stress eater. But I am working on it. I am 62 years old and still work, go to church, and I am so busy all the time. Sometimes I get so stressed that I just gorge on chocolate. I told myself I won't eat anymore until Thanksgiving. The problem is, I forget my promises to myself. I drink a glass of wine every night. I think that is part of my problem. I want to get to a point where I don't drink at all. I look really good for my age. I do work out and I have been told I could pass for 40. I see how successful you are with your diet and I just want to say how beautiful you look.
Try 85% dark chocolate and then 90, 100%. You might eat less of it?

I shared your video with my granddaughter who’s in her 20’s but has been losing weight because she wants to get pregnant. I lost down from 300 lbs on basically the same diet but thanks to two bouts of COVID have lost down too far but this diet really does work. I always took 2 days off every 2 weeks though so my body would reset. Love your videos 😘

I’ve been thinking of going carnivore since your first video. I watch Tati’s channel as well and that nudged me further. I’ve had so many GI issues and am sick of it. About 3 months ago I had to be prescribed a type of Prilosec. Now that I feel a tiny bit better I want to feel even better but with out meds. Your excitement is contagious. ❤
A great guy to listen to on youtube is Food Lies. He talks science etc. I went carnivore based years ago and solved all my GI issues. Salad, seed oils, chicken (factory farmed full of linoleum acid) sugar, processed food (even Keto foods) all contribute to gut issues. You do not want to be on Prilosec (low acid medications) cause bone density, liver, and gut issues. Eat eggs, raw dairy, red meat, mercury free fish, clean chicken and pork. Since eating more carnivore I've added fruit and do very well on it. Not trying to be bossy but encouraging. You can feel so much better!

I have been dealing with gut issues my whole life. I’m 46 now and been gluten free for 10 years and went Carnivore (plus fruit n raw dairy) for two weeks and I feel so alive. My mind and emotions are more steady and my body has dropped so much inflammation although I weigh the same. I’m very grateful to feel better!

I have been a plant based for more 14.5 years. I gave the Carnivore Diet to help with my chronic migraines which I have been dealing with for more than 10 years. My husband recommended I look into it after listening to a podcast. So I did my research and came across Dr Ken Berry who also suffered from migraines. What a relief I have had!
After being Carnivore for a while and feeling so good, I tried to add a bit of veg and fruit slowly and it was not good for me. Immediately, I was hit with a migraine attack that lasted close to two weeks. So I went back to fully Carnivore. That’s what works for me and I am so happy and relieved..

Same here! Added some carbs 3 slice's bread, a tiny bit of sugar, several potatoes in these last 2 weeks systems returned! I was doing so good, if I run out of food again I will just fast those days! I was doing just Ketovore and was doing so much better then in 2 weeks most all symptoms returned. I jumped back on the wagon this am. Praying for the same results this time, and I know there are some carbs in I will never tolerate!
I had never heard of Carnivore until you started to talk about it. It changed my life but I still need help to lose weight. I'm in the process of getting approved for bariatric surgery (gastric bypass) and I got blessing from my bariatric team to STAY carnivore! I swear I cried when I heard that. I'm 58 and my youngest just turned 15 and there are a lot of things at the school he wants me to attend and i can't because I cant walk because I am almost 400 pounds. Hey Lisa! Love your videos. I have been doing carnivore for 3 months. I feel amazing and I am almost to my weight when I got married! One issue is my arm skin from the weight loss . Very crepey. Any tips on that?

I was carnivore for over a year and I will always use it as a bit of a reset but I won’t ever do it long term again. It gave me pancreas issues, hot flashes, panic attacks, high glucose and pre-diabetic with my A1C numbers. I smelled bad and my health was really terrible, just like my health was really terrible after being a vegan for 11 years. For myself, it was harsh for my body to not eat fruits or vegetables for over a year on carnivore. But I think it’s great to help if I am having a flare of any sort with acid reflux or SIBO. Everyone is different. I would honestly love it if I could thrive on carnivore but it didn’t make me feel good long term. I still eat meat but not exclusively.

@@milam5284 Not a cardiologist. Do some actual research. It has been determined by many medical professionals that cholesterol is not a problem and was never a problem. Guess why they lowered the "normal" cholesterol lab numbers a few years ago? So they can put every human being on Cholesterol lowering drugs. These drugs are horrible for you. Unfortunately, most medical doctors were trained by Pharma.

Unexpectedly, after only 5 weeks on modified carnivore (dairy, fruit), my hair stopped falling out. I’m 73 and work out 2x/wk. part of that time is spent lying on a massage table doing stretches, with my head resting on a white towel. There were typically a dozen broken hairs on that towel; last workout, none! Just none! I’m really thrilled!

I lost 40 lbs doing keto and intermittent fasting. I went through menopause last year and am fully menopausal now. I have been a lot more loose about eating “keto” in the last couple of years with the pandemic and not being as active as I used to be and have gained about 15 lbs. I am still very low carb and getting back into exercising, the latter for muscle strength and heart health because I know it’s food that affects your weight the most, not exercise. I feel like menopause has really affected my ability to lose weight especially around my middle. I keep going back and forth about going carnivore. It’s been a bit of a struggle. I usually go all in with a change that I am committed to but this one keeps eluding me. I think it’s because I can’t imagine life without vegetables. Like you said I just just try it for a week and see how it goes.

I’m 50 days in, and feel Fantastic 🎉. I do crave sometimes, but the way I feel supersedes the risk. My chronic back pain has really subsided, IBS, and my energy is awesome. YES, I'm 60 with fibromyalgia. I feel much better. Swelling is down..feet and ankles are normal now. No more ibuprofin and claratin..It's awsome.
