- Marines assigned to Headquarters Marine Corps participate in Martial Arts Instructor course at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Arlington, Virginia. Once the Marines graduated, they earned their tan tab and the title of Martial Arts Instructor.

@Ryan Hampton MCMAP is a joke. The Army actually has a good program, but like any military branch, you are gonna have to learn on your own on your off time.

@@returnfreedom Part of me agrees because MCMAP starts from combat stance to basic BJJ moves. I think it really depends on the instructor you have. Was 3D LAAD and got my MCMAP black belt on a MEU. Did a lot of rolling but was never really taught much about it.
When I was in my twenties I was a Boilermaker and would carry 65lbs of weight while working 12 hr days 7 days a week in a power plant. Ladders and all BRAH 💪!
