I usually roasted peppers, and then I peel the skin and put several bags in the freezer. Frozen peppers stay in the freezer for several months. Then, when I need to make this recipe, I just unfreeze the peppers 🌶 and make it the way it shows on this video. Usually, you should eat this within 3-4 days. But in my house usually 1-2 days 😊.
