My favourite dive location is Oman. I've done all my dives here.
I was in Vanuatu some years ago and the diving was spectacular. Check with the local dive shop (Nautilus) on where to stay.
Maui Hawaii and Florida Keys
It's quite a journey to make but Tubbataha Reef is one of the, if not 'the' best dive spot you can go for in PH.
So cool that you're a diver! You're probably my favourite photography TH-camr, and now I find out we also share this interest. Still, you're a way better photographer than me. :)
Good video. What settings did you use? Superwide, wide, narrow or Linear?
Do use any filters. I've been diving many years and always use a filter.
Hi Matt, The scratches on your camera dome could possibly be removed by polishing them out. Maybe a local plastics company can help you, or even a model maker.
He purposefully scratched up his dome at the start, when he used toothpaste on it. This guy has no clue.
Loved swimming with Whale Sharks in Oslop in March. ❤ Philippines… I go back every 2 years… dive Palawan next time or Celiwasi, Indonesia.
It's Really Great that I Stumbled on your Video, as My Plan is to Go Stay in the Philippines, and Learn to Dive, and Get Some Underwater Film.
Favourite dive location... last year I went to Malta to do 12 dives. Amazing. One in particular, a wreck dive to the P29 patrol boat. We descended into the deep blue. Just... nothing but blue in front of us! And then slowly seeing the boat come into view on the bottom! So amazing!!! :)
Buoyancy control also vastly improved on that trip btw. I left my camera on land for those times because I wanted to focus on that. Glad I did. :)

@@mattgranger I think it was 30 meters, so you'll need advanced open water.
@@mattgranger One location closer to you that I enjoyed a lot was Batu Kapal in Malaysia. There was so much life underwater. And it's 18 meters, so open water compatible.

OMG, going on your first dive trip and seeing whale sharks! I've done about 40 and have never seen them. You are so lucky.
