Just a few days ago I was in a Korean bathroom and I washed my hands but there was no paper to dry it. I asked a Korean girl next to me if she has a tissue (to dry my hands but I forgot that important detail). She looked in her bag, apologized and ran away and I was pretty confused and surprised. After a few seconds she came back and gave me a sanitary pad and said "I'm sorry, I didn't have one but my friend outside had one". That was so sweet that I couldn't tell her that that's not what I asked for and I just thanked her so many times and acted like I was Going to the bathroom a hahaha
I’ve given out pads and tampons so many times, both to friends, and strangers I meet in public bathrooms. It’s always a nice feeling helping out someone, and I think all women can relate to that situation and how nice it is to have other females help each other out

We still didn't like each other and we didn't become best friends, but there was a new level of respect between us and she eased up on the bullying.

The girl was no older than 12, first period and it was on her vacation. Her mom was adamant about buying me something from the gas station no matter how much I said I was fine and it was me just helping a fellow girl. Girl code is helping other girls
Awww, bless her, I was pretty chill about my first period, and I was at home at the time and I'd got up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache, went to the toilet, went back to bed, ended up going back to the toilet 5 mins later, and there it was. 😂 Its nice to see that people actually do this, and help out someone in need.

Nomi Treasure i remember when i was 13, just had my periods for a few times when they weren't regular yet. I was at an attraction parc and had a cool periods surprise. I was so ashamed to ask from strangers that i spent all day without any pads. My mother always told me to never speak about periods in public... What a mistake! We should teach to girls that's something natural and there is nothing to be ashamed of.
Hd That happened to me a year ago when I was 13 I had my period and I didn’t know what to do cause I was at school, luckily school was almost over. I was embarrassed to go to the nurse or ask one of my friends for one so I just waited till I got home. I’m 14 now almost 15 and I know better now. We should be able to go up to girls and ask for one if needed.There is nothing to be ashamed of it happens to all females.

kaixei also this video was made in Korea. I know for a fact that pads are used by women with religious backgrounds. Also for non sexually active women, “ in general “. Vast majority of American women go for the tampon, most of them. Unless there is a video done in the states about this then my knowledge is still proven correct. You being different is an exception but not the norm.
i don't see what religion has to do with this because if a woman needs anything of the sort to help with her period like pads or tampons then someone is gonna help, it's not like "oh, no one will help at all" it's called being nice

I always keep extra pads just in case, not for me, but for my friends or others. I also had a habit of bringing a jacket even during summers, (girls, ladies would know why). It's one of those unspoken girls codes.
November Rain in summer, I always wear a jumper. It kind of a habit for me to wear jumper or jackets. In every bag I have, there is always a packet of pads.

there was this girl i didn’t know a lot in my school and i’ve never really talked to her before but in the bathroom she shouted out has anyone got a pad, and i immediately said yes which ones do you prefer and gave her one. if i was in that situation i’d want someone to do the same for me, it’s common courtesy, it’s girl code, you do it no matter what.

This year, at my university my period started and i had a really busy day ahead of me. I needed to get to an appointment in 20 minutes so I didn't have time to go back to my dorm so I went to a student center where a lot of people traffic and asked if anyone had pain killers and pads. None of the girls did but i decided to ask an older lady and she said she had just run out of pain killers. She went out of her way to take me to the school store and buy me pain killers and pads. Sweetest things ever and really saved me from public embarrassment of a red stain in my jeans lol

I'm glad that I grew up in a society where periods are talked about so openly. When we had class meetings in school, a girl once put her hand up and said ''I'd suggest installing a tampon and pad machine in the bathrooms'' in front of every male student (and our teacher who was also a man) and every girl including myself just agreed and our teacher said ''Great idea!'' and wrote it on the list without any awkwardness whatsoever. It made me really happy

One time I was talking to my crush and I got my period. I didn't notice it but he noticed and he told me that there is something on my jeans. When I looked down I saw blood. I thought it was embarassing and started walking away. He stopped me and put his hand in his bag and said "It's not something to hide,I have a tampon for girls while they get their situation at this time." When I was a 1st year high school student, I experienced my heaviest flow ever. My whole skirt and even my backpack was a mess because of the leakage. My female friends helped me, but what made that memorable is when my male classmates were also waiting for me to send me home. They were worried because I was in the restroom for too long. My classmates were very supportive and didn't made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. I hope that menstruation can be openly discussed without being a taboo to the public.
few years ago I was leaking on my seat in class and no one mentioned untill I saw it myself. I wanted to get napkins from the bathroom but my pants were drained and I was embarassed so I couldnt move and started panicking especially when the teacher asked why I still hadnt gone to the next class. finally I got to ask one person to bring me the napkins and used my jacket to cover my butt. i called my mom and was brought home with the car luckily. Since that day on I always ask to people if there is something behind me ( as in leakage).
This isn't a joke in my school the nurse has a box of sanitary products in a box on the floor for girls and one of the boys in my class went to the nurse during lesson came back and literally threw pads and tampons around the room😐😂😂😂
One time, a girl at school asked me if I had a pad to give to her but I didn’t have any on me at the moment and our backpack have to be in our downstairs lockers (which was 4 floors down), but I ran down to get the one in my backpack and hurried back upstairs because it had happened to me before and I know how that feels. When a girl needs a pad, it doesn’t matter anymore whether she was a friend or a stranger, you just give.

I was so ashamed to ask from strangers that i spent all day without any pads. My mother always told me to never speak about periods in public... What a mistake! We should teach to girls that's something natural and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

I needed to get to an appointment in 20 minutes so I didn't have time to go back to my dorm so I went to a student center where a lot of people traffic and asked if anyone had pain killers and pads. None of the girls did but i decided to ask an older lady and she said she had just run out of pain killers. She went out of her way to take me to the school store and buy me pain killers and pads. Sweetest things ever and really saved me from public embarrassment of a red stain in my jeans lol

few years ago I was leaking on my seat in class and no one mentioned untill I saw it myself. One time, a girl at school asked me if I had a pad to give to her but I didn’t have any on me at the moment and our backpack have to be in our downstairs lockers (which was 4 floors down), but I ran down to get the one in my backpack and hurried back upstairs because it had happened to me before and I know how that feels.
