    You can probably make refreshing tea jelly using the thai iced tea :) The sweetened condensed milk sounds good!

      Potato XD A latte is just coffee and milk. This would already be a sort of latte pudding, maybe just more milk for a lighter color

    We recommend placing the jelly in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours and then check if it's firm enough :) Thoroughly chilled jelly has a firm refreshing texture and it is more delicious!

    Here's a tip for you coffee lovers! If you find that you coffee is bitter, sprinkle a scant pinch of salt over the grounds before you brew. Most (or all) of the bitterness should be gone! I've done this many times and it actually works. Any kind of salt will do.

    我が家ではインスタントコーヒーを使いますし砂糖も入れます。
    食べる時にポーションタイプのクリームかけるとさらに良いですし
    コーヒーリキュール(カルーア)とかウィスキー垂らしても上手いです。

    I have made this several times now at my restaurant during our service periods. This is the ULTIMATE perky snack for a slow work day! I particularly like it with homemade whipped creme! Yum! As I watch this video again, I'm eating a bit of it, in fact.

      +John Hanley I'm pretty sure male voice is supposed to be the dog. He introduces himself. He's the host/mascot. He never moves from his sitting stool. Lol. You right though, some people may flip out seeing a dog like that.

      @@andreaowsiks no. You can use agar powder. Not only gelatine product can be called jelly. Since it's asian i think they more likely to use agar than gelatine

      @@kaenryuuart543 Agar, while popular in Asia, does have different properties than gelatin (more resistant to melting, vegan, must be boiled before setting) but it's generally easier to find plain gelatin powder in Western supermarkets. If you have an Asian supermarket nearby they may have agar in block or powder form.

      You better use gelatine. Using gelatine, your jelly is smooth and soft. Using agar agar, your jelly is hard and crispy. If you use agar agar, then use a little.

      If you mean buying coffee and brewing it yourself, yes! My fiance and I just used our everyday coffee to make this to see if it would taste fine, and it does!
      Though grinding your own coffee tastes a lot better :)

      Agar Agar is quite rigid compared to gelatine, if you use agar you might want to cut it smaller or thinner. But if you use agar could you share your experience? Maybe it's better ;D

    I never thought of doing that with coffee. I brew it the same way because I have a pour over from columbia. I love different styles of making coffee. I can say that I am an addict to finding old ways to brew coffee. I am so going to try this today.

    HERE IN MEXICO IN JAPANESE RESTAURANTS THEY CALL THIS DESSET CAMELADO, instead of whipping cream they put a acoop of vanilla icecream :)

    (Years later) I did this, exactly as shown. It was really good! In America we all know "Jell-o" as obvious artificial fruit flavor , this was a great change. I sometimes have leftover coffee I put in the refrigerator, I think I'll start doing this! Nice basic tutorial on coffee also.

    I had this dessert on a very traditional Japanese restaurant here in São Paulo. They made it a bit differently, though: The jelly was most likely made with agar, and it didn't had any sugar, and was topped with sweetened condensed milk.
