I’m sorry but I don’t think that’s exactly true. In the UK especially the guys are not very different to Americans (I’ve lived in both places), maybe other parts of Europe are different though. I would say this advice applies even more to certain men in the UK who come from more traditional backgrounds such as Caribbean, African, Asian etc., because they will try to sleep with you but they won’t respect you if they succeed. Long story short, I found out the hard way that he wasn't actually interested in marrying me. There is no perfect time if he is the wrong one for you. Especially during 20s and 30s (more less but still) people change. I’m sorry but I don’t think that’s exactly true. In the UK especially the guys are not very different to Americans (I’ve lived in both places), maybe other parts of Europe are different though.

Nature, values, integrity, respect towards someond, affection, of a man doesn't change, its in-built....
