I did them and they pelvic clock my legs have been very tight and the hamsstrings wanting b to cramp ,my hips night get a little relief with this, thanks

If you had spasms that means either this movement is not yet appropriate for you yet, or you did it with too much force, speed, and/or too big, Try again using very small movements and going very very slowly.
