- I have prepared a very special ASMR reiki session for you today and I will do my best to heal your heart chakra. Lie down in bed, clear your mind, enjoy these special ASMR triggers with delta waves and healing music!
I will try to heal your heart chakra with the energy and power of crystals. While doing this you may see some special sparks and magic touches. But do not worry. Everything is fine and you are better than ever! Just sit back and try to fall asleep enjoying these special moments.
You will hear delta waves constantly in the video. And in many parts, some music that will make you sleep and heal your heart will accompany this frequency.
Now I want to give you some information about why we need to heal and balance the heart chakra.
Heart chakra healing is a practice aimed at balancing the heart chakra, which is believed to be an energy center in the body associated with love, compassion, and empathy. And some signs that your heart chakra might be blocked include difficulty forgiving yourself or others, feeling isolated, or having trouble trusting people.
The goal is to open and balance the heart chakra, allowing love and compassion to flow freely. This can lead to feelings of joy, connection, and self-acceptance.
