Fine outfit Gerry, the very best of luck with it. Redrock always seems to build stuff fierce well. A nice red machine on the front of it now and ur all set 😉👍
If it ain't red leave it in the shed 😂😂😂😂
Lovely tanker. Fair play to you.
Thanks Dave 👍👍
Similar spec to one I got from NC, only additions on mine are a silencer for the pump because I suffer from tinnitus, leaves it very quiet altogether. And a downhill spreading kit, sucks from front internally in the tanker while spreading downhill, great job. Best of luck with the new machine Gerry, live long and prosper lad.👍👍💪💪
@@joemalone9380 It all came about 3 years ago when I sneezed with a bad cold. Loud noises really annoy it, so does tiredness, or one too many beers. Mostly I ignore it if I can, and avoid the 3 things above. Here's a picture of my little tanker...... scontent.fdub5-2.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/339260715_214204047963944_8528782258876575837_n.jpg?_nc_cat=100&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=8bfeb9&_nc_ohc=7wG-7wiIuJIAX9uhQvB&_nc_ht=scontent.fdub5-2.fna&oh=00_AfCcCWWCQf2DtlZYHfr07AMS3yWEvZCvq4SNsvy3eCrVGw&oe=6490F097
Congratulations with the new tanker :) I think a 2500 gallon tanker is the biggest tanker anyone should use in a field anyway, lot of weight in the bigger tankers...
best of luck with the new tanker Gerry you'll never go too far wrong with a Redrock 👍
You're 6930 and lowloader in the background looks a smashing piece of kit also
Great video nice looking tanker Gerry 👍👍👍🦌
Well wear Jerry nice looking outfit 😊
Star tankers used to be all the rage in ireland north and south in the 80's and 90's is that company still going or closed up.
Yea I remembered them. They were good too.
Great job, fine tanker. I hope it's lucky for ya gerry
Thanks Bernard 👌
Wow... fair play to ya. Tractor and tank this year and its only June!!
Great video Gerry
Lovely tank Gerry well ware👌
Good luck with your new tanker Gerry. 👍🏼
Congrats the tanker looks awesome 👍👍
Smashing tanker Gerry, well wear
A mighty machine ...roughly what sort of money and years of life for such a piece.
Nice new tanker.
A beauty Gerry happy spreading.
Fine tank
Well wear Gerry
Your getting some nice upgrades at the minute 👍hopefully it will give you many years of service
Great video Gerry and a great tanker best of luck with it 👌
Good man gerry best of luck

Hi Jerry. Good luck with the new slurry tanker.
Best of luck nice outfit
Best of luck with it. Nice bit of kit
Super unit gerry best of luck with it
Didn’t expect to see a new tanker grace the yard Gerry. Fair play to yee. Some piece of kit to be fair. Interesting that your hanging onto the old tanker. Will ye use both in tandem now and again on two tractors or what’s your thinking?
Yes that’s the plan…. There’s times of the year I’d be slurrying for a full week. Plan is now to get dad in for a day or 2 and speed job up
Well ware Gerry that's a fine tank, lovely outfit
Best of luck with your new tanker
Thanks Thomas 👍
Wow that looks amazing
It looks like a good tank! There is some noise out of that pump compared to the old one!
Yes they’re noisy when you start them but the seem to calm down after about 30 seconds. 😂. Seem a good pump though
Think you surprised us all there Gerry ,great update on the tanker and good luck with it .
A fine looking outfit..best of luck with the tanker and all your machinery…
you picked a good flat field to spread. try the dribble bar up a steep hill?.That will test the deer
A very nice rig there Gerry. Health to use 😊🚜👍🏻
Well waer best of luck with her the deere looks well with her
Nice tanker
Best of luck with new tanker Gerry,, looks the part,,
Well ware Gerry, the very best of luck with it. Great purchase and addition to the farm machinery. 🍀
Damn fine looking outfit Gerry hope you have many trouble free years with her ,🤞💪💪👍
Great video Gerry it’s a savage outfit the very best of luck with it
Well ware!! Should have gone for the ball and spoon hitch..
I still like the crook hitch. Maybe some day I’ll go ball and spoon
good co armagh made tanker😉,health to wear gerry👍
Best of luck with the new Redrock tank. You might need a wee taste of Newholland blue on the 6R to handle her on the steep ground😅
Great job with hitching up Gerry ! It’s a challenge hooking up and dropping a pin in equipment with my old 4440.
Well ware gerry
Smashing rig there gerry . Nice to see a redrock tanker . Not a slurrykat or the usuals.
Contract slurry work🤣🤣 like your silage job
Jesus Christ no…..no 😂😂😂
Sensible size for the tractor 👌👌. Too big only ruins the tractor
And the ground. Too much compaction
Jeeney mac your some man to find the time for plumbing on top of the day job. It definitely pays by looks it 👌 😂 #CONGRATS ON TANKER SHES A BEAUT.
Lovely machine, well wear…. Thought you would of got a hydraulic pump instead of pto tho
Well ware Gerry serious gear around now
Nice tank,it's a wonder you wouldn't have went for a galvanised one
No it’s probably make more sense but I like the red paint on them
@@gerry6420 best of luck with it
Well wear Gerry & very apt music
Back & fourth, back & fourth with the Bullshit😆😆😆👏👏
Tanker looks class do u still have your old tanker aswell
Yes I kept it. It owes us nothing and it handy to have at busy times of the year
Nice, Redrock do great gear. Any reason/preference of PTO v Hydraulic?
Nice one Gerry.
Why didn't you go for hydraulic operated pump?
Tanker looking great, was wondering what you make of the liquid fertiliser now after using it now for some time do u think it’s a good job ?
Yes good job. I’m still using it and intend to continue using it.
Congrats on the tanker, I thought when I saw it without the driveshaft that it may have had the hydrolic safety pump rather than the PTO. Nice machine and nice dribble bar. Does it have 2 or 4 extra outputs on the masserator.
4 extra
Sorry 6 extra outlets
Savage Rig Gerry. Congrats squire. Quick question. Why are the tanker tire threads in the opposite direction to the tractor tires
Easier pull and self clean better, apparently!
@@johnmurray3935and apparently when not on a driven axle they wear less backwards too
Do u have to have a faster forward speed than splash plate?
Why did u not go for the hydro pump on new tanker?
Looks a great bit of kit, bigger tank longer dribble bar = less trips and less compaction simples.
Exact that. Using it last few days and it’s a great job
Should have bought a Slurrykat one
No thanks
Ball and spoon would finish it off less hoping and wear on hitch
The 215 will certainly be grunting on that new tanker 👍🏻
Be like a toy behind it to be honest
@@paulholmes33662850 would pull it with no dribble bar .
@@jackfrench7240 that would be messing with or without a dribble bar in a tricky spot
@@paulholmes3366 my dad used to run one down in Devon , hispec that was.20 odd years ago, so tanker probably was lighter built but still held the same. On some very steep hills too , steeper than Gerry’s. Mind you not the safest but it is possible
health to wear
🙏🙏👍👍👌👌🇨🇮🇨🇮
Well wear lad!! Seriously think about a bit a slurry contracting now.... never say never wa..!
Is she 1000 speed on the shaft or 540 ?
What is the story on restock I thought they were gone and newrock was in there place???
No redrock owner went bankrupt in 2008/ redrock was sold then and has went from strength to strength. Newrock was set up then by the former redrock owner. But. Unfortunately he passed away and and the business got into trouble again money wise and was then sold. Newrock brand exists but don’t know just in what capacity. I think they’re still producing stuff
Hi Gerry. We have a John Deere Telehandler 3420. How is your doing? Allan
Going well. What year and hours has yours ?
@@gerry6420 Year 2002. Presently 6507 hours. It’s a very good telehandler we think but its getting older and we are thinking of changing it but my colleagues and our John Deers Dealers say its one of the best Telehandler out there with a 7 m reach. We all here like very much your You Tube presentations. We have learnt quite a lot from you. You are easy to listen to and you take things slowly and clearly. Please keep going. Allan
@@allanlloyd712 thanks very much. I appreciate that. 😁👍 send me some pictures of your 3420 some time. I’m on Facebook and instagram. Always like to see and know of others. If you decide to sell, I could be a customer. On the look Out of a second one.
Presently the JD Telehandler is with the engineers having the headstock strengthened. A split appeared in the elbo joint. JD says there are no more headstocks available for the JD Telehandler so a fabrication repair must be done. Allan
Are you going to spray your 1600 redrock or sell it?
It’s a 2000 gallon. Yea I’ll get it a new coat of paint. It deserves that.
Why not get hydraulic version ?
PTO? Never bothered. Like the PTO
Was it the Irish lottery you won or was it the euro millions??
What do u need 2 tankers for
Must be fierce busy with slurry if he needs 2
Why not a hydraulic vacuum pump?..I find that a strange choice when you have the tractor to run it
By joves Gerry some rig
First
Massive looking tank did u trade m old tank
No keeping it. Have 14 years and owes us nothing. It was a work horse
Ah very good
The pipe is too long
Be ashame to dirty her alright 😁
