    I accidentally display the 2011-2017 Maintenance Video graphic twice instead of the 2018+ Maintenance Video graphic, but BOTH 2001-2017 and 2018+ videos are offered using the STAYSAFE promo code. CruisemansGarage.com

    Aloha Chris. I just wanted to let you know I took your suggestion to use this “Shelter-in-Place” and do some upgrades. I stripped the bike down (2018 Goldwing Tour DCT) and installed 8 of them. Several from Pathfinders. The main thing I want you to know is that there is NO WAY I could have done it without your help. I purchased your video’s plus watched your installation TH-cam instructions. Amazing! Thank you for saving me a ton of money. Plus, I know this bike way better now. With all you help everything is installed, looks awesome and works perfect. As we say in Hawaii ... Mahalo!

    As a teen driver I told my Dad that I did not trust the rear view mirrors, that I turned to look too. He replied that I was right because one never knows when vampires are on the road.

    Cruiseman,
    You don't have to apologize for having a small social circle!
    If people don't get it, too bad.
    Keep on living, it's still has snow on the streets in Alberta and I love watching you, in a few weeks I will be riding too!

    Chris, it's been almost a year since you reviewed the In View Helmet Light. Are you still using it?

    Hey Cruiseman- Thanks again for making these videos I own a 2018 Goldwing and I am a big fan.
    I am starting to vlog myself as a hobby. Can you make a video about how you film and mix your vlogs. Really like how your audio is consistent with both camera views.
    Thanks again

    Good to see new products available & their application. At even half their high price, not very interested. I think cheaper options of adding run/brake lights to the actual MC are more appealing and don't require any auxiliary battery replacements. Glad to see your enjoying a little ride time and maintaining friendships in acceptable manner, doing the same with a few buddies.

    I've seen these lights at the motorcycle show and I thought they were too expensive then and I still think they are too expensive now for lights on a helmet. If you don't have enough lights on the back of your bike then having lights on your helmet won't make a difference. People have been riding for decades without these lights. They are surely a novelty but i don't think they will increase your safety from someone who's really not paying attention to what their doing. Also what if you have a passenger on the back of your bike then you would need two of them and Wow that's $500 bucks. You have shown many good lights for our bikes in the past but these in my opinion I would not buy, but if someone can afford them it's there choice. Thanks for sharing with us. I would like to see a video on the new passenger hand rails.

      inView moves easily between helmets - so if you ride with a passenger, you can simply put it on their helmet. inView comes with 2 mounts and is designed to come off when you want it to and stay on when you don't. Be Safe and Be Seen!
      We appreciate your perspective on price. inView is quite a bit of technology. It doesn't have a switch - so you never have to remember to turn it on or off. It just works and protects. And it is proudly make in the USA. We could have made it in China for less - but that doesn't support our economy or our workers. Be Safe and Be Seen.

    So, if I put this on my helmet and have a passenger with me, can I turn it off so that my passenger is not bothered? Or can I buy two and turn mine off and the passenger's on?

    • @cruisemansgarage
      @cruisemansgarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I did not see a way to turn it off. However, you could easily remove it from your helmet, and install it onto your passenger's helmet using another Dual Lock fastener.

Of course I want it to show traffic and what's going on in front of me in case of an accident but when there's beautiful scenery I want that in good quality video. I have seen video from such a camera on youtube and saw driver get out of vehicle taking camera with him for shooting surrounding area but never been able to find out what kind/brand they are using...got any suggestions/ideas...???

    That bout of flu you had earlier was likely this COVID-19 and you have the antibodies now.
    When might you have the seat upgrade reveal you mentioned a few videos back?

    • @cruisemansgarage
      @cruisemansgarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is certainly possible. My girlfriend and I came down with the exact same symptoms about a day apart from each other and she was diagnosed with Influenza Type A. However, we have learned that it is possible to have both Flu A AND Covid-19. But back then, there was no test for Covid.

    Do your Pathfinder lights connect through the Showchrome isolation fuse block? If not why?

      Mine do, yes. ALL of my accessories go through the isolator.

    Hi Cruiseman, I've got the Show Chrome accessories fuse block and I want to add the helmet light. My problem is that I've got all my turn signal/brake light terminals used up. How do I add additional turn signal accessories on this fuse block? I am also looking at a third turn signal accessory... Thanks for any help you can give me.... BTW, your videos are great!!

    • @cruisemansgarage

      I use the WAGO Lever Nuts. I bring one wire from each light terminal the Isolator into a Wago connector, then attach other accessories wires into the WAGO. Works great! amzn.to/39UYLKh

    Near anybody else is correct, and out riding Cruise. Any chance you caught Moto Mouth Moshe’s most recent 2 part excellent video on riding during the pandemic? Would like to hear your comments if you get to view these. It might come down, or not, making choices that maybe, are greater than ourselves. Moto Mouth Moshe, a long time contributing writer for Motorcycle Consumer News (MCN) has some pretty heavy thoughts about not riding. In any event, it’s choice, of an accident we’re to occur to any of us who chose to ride requiring a trip to the ER, would require emergency medical attention from undoubtedly fully maxed out emergency services personnel that should be caring for those deeply sick in the community. A trip to the hospital, if it were, would us put alongside those that are severely sick. Another whammy. Might be an interesting video from your perspective, especially if you get a chance to check out Moto Mouth’s videos. The choices to ride with an ongoing health pandemic and it’s potential for possibly requiring the extra demand on crucial life saving resources. Alway good content Cruise. Always appreciate your contributions. Stay safe and healthy.
