I could teach you a few things about loading buckets. You dont curl at all till the top. Power in drag it up under power then tilt at the end. I run 992 Cats at Ekati!

Second observation is the bucket leveler is slightly out of adjustment on this machine, the bucket should be dumped a little more at ground level. Third I would say this operator is a very good man, but he shouldn’t be handling this material twice, sit still when you don’t have trucks you are wearing out the bucket and burning precious fuel by tossing a few buckets full around. It would be entirely different if this stuff was hard to dig, but that stuff is like ice cream to that machine😜👍
The other observation I see is, the standing water, fill it up because he won't see any sharp rock to cut tires. The scooping I see in many videos of the same type of machine that very few cut in with bucket flat, raise the bucket a foot or so then again cut push in flat then tilt to shave more till the bucket is at proper level for carrying. What i see as a trend, the push in with the bucket face against the product, and i see the something in any products loading. The motion to load, the dirt mound most of the time is at 40+/-° so, it doesn't matter how high you cut in, the angle is allways the same of the mound and the bucket cutting base.
I love all the “he ain’t filling the bucket guys” that aren’t there knowing how this rock and maybe this section of the quarry can feel. Armchair loaders!
As I observe the way you fill the bucket, at first, you penetrate, then you tilt the bucket and push up to try to fill it, and to me, it looks like you're pushing and scraping the hill. Now, the way other [not many] do it is, first penetrate, then raise the bucket a foot and penetrate again three times, and then, tilt and raise the bucket. A little shake to let go of the loose material. The hill is at 40 deg, the penetrating distance is equal as when raised a foot or so to penetrate again, so, it is like a stair, by doing so, you'll save the bucket wair and tear, and save energy.

If two overly full buckets is not enough to fill the truck, but three overly full buckets is too much, this is how you load. Eh👍

You obviously don't know what weight them tyre chains are ? You can spec them loaders to 120 ton
120 Biden tons or 108 metric tonnes.
Depends on how the machine is ordered and what bucket it has. Just sold a WA800 that sits at 248k pounds
