Trinadha Rao Hamsa The small cylinder shaped plastic has a nut in it.. as you fix everything and tighten it.. It will stick to the handle from inner side..

bro is the mirror stable at speeds above 60kmph and viewable???

akhil ganesh First you should not adjust them often.. if you do so they might get little loose and untill 80kmph it's fine. But after 80 they might tend to bend or change their position little..
If you had not adjusted often then this will not be a problem upto 100kmph..
My left mirror changes it position after 80kmph where as the right one won't.. because I use to adjust my left mirror often...
