Similar to this but it would be cool to do a challenge where you do this 3 times and have to build a house with EVERY item you steal. So you can’t steal a fridge from every house unless you plan on using all 3 of them

I love how you can steal all their furniture, end the job early, and still have all their things. You can truly scam these people out of all of their things. Tbh it's on them for letting some random guy in a hot dog suit decorate their home.

@@allowallie2819 yeah! But can he make money from being a wizard? Sure, once he gwts the "duplicato" spell he can take anything, make copies, and sell them, but it may take a while to get that spell and there is a limit to how much you can do.

1:14 and 6:13 - the mindset of a lot of crooked contractors out there. Also... Evergreen Harbour apartments were doing that when bulldozed the lots to replace them, just... voids. It did however, allow me to place an appropriate gallery room into the void to replace the apartment, which was... good. Freaky, but good.

OMG - you do not know how badly I now want my Not So Berry Gen 6 sim to leave the criminal career and become an interior designer! I might still be able to do it, they are already level 8 and are only a few days into adulthood. This sort of thing is right up their alley and looks like it would in fact be a blast. I mean they already enjoy visiting other sims houses 😁!

I like to do the renovation on a budget and then buy stupid things and put it in my household inventory so I get paid by the clients, keep a good reputation and still come out with more money than intended.
This made me want to do it again and I made $250k off the first house I did xD

random ask but just thought while watching: could you do some era-themed builds? victorian, edwardian, mid-century, etc.? you could do like, as accurate as possible furniture and appliances, too!
The Architecture career in Sims 3 has so much more challenge than DHD, you literally put a piano down while removing all their needed stuff like bed, toilet and fridge, and they will pay you, in Sims 3 a lot of times I had a bad feedback even though I tried to match their wishes
DHD is absolutely the best pack in the game, solely because this is possible

You could sell all the stuff in the homes and then buy a few expensive items to put in you household inventory. That way you won't have to sell as much later.

*Shakes my head* Seeing the Creek Side Corner build just reminds me of all the other little oddities/mistakes I wouldn't mind EA "correcting" in their old builds. They don't have to necessarily fix iconic things like the No Toilet Mansion, but the builds missing ceilings beneath their rooftops, stairs leading to nowhere, rooms that are considered open to the outdoors (Planet Honey Pop! is a biggie...) and such... Yeah... I think that would be nice.
Little Trivia: The house in Strangerville where the Dreamweavers Way live uses a flooring that isn't Basegame or Strangerville.
