Are u buying for your own stay or for investment? what types are u looking at? a lot of sellers selling. u can try to lowball ball see if can get something below $1900psf...that will set the trend downwards.

@@alanweeproperty How about reflections? That aside there are some CCR properties that make good profits like Martin modern, so it's about the entry price and less of LH and FH. Besides OUE twin peak are st Thomas suites and 8@st Thomas both FH but prices still trended down like OUE from 3k psf.

Agreed. The reversionary land belong to the original owner. Same as spring Grove.
