I wonder if you are looking for any suggestions at all for any more licensed titles to review? There is actually an interesting Stitch game on the PS2 called Experiment 626. What sticks out to me is that the entire game runs at 240p unlike most other PS2 games except the famous ICO. Seems like perhaps it was meant to be a PS1 game ported late to the PS2. I also played some other stinkers like Fairly Odd Parents Breakin' Da Rules also for PS2. Just throwing some names out there because my favorite part about this channel is the focus on crappy licensed games I played as a child too and sometimes it's fun to check out new ones.
Hi there again! :D I'm currently working on the last video of this current batch but after this one I'm planning another request series so I'll add this to the list. It may be a little late coming though as I've a few other requests to get through but that Stitch game is one I've been meaning to cover for a little while. I thrive on crappy licensed games!
Hi there, I just discover your channel last night and I’ve watched 5 of your videos so far (Shrek 2, Wallace&Gromit, The Incredibles and The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer, Chicken Little and now Lilo and Stitch! Incredibly entertaining and funny content here, really well put together and well said points, I love this channel and you’ve quickly become one of my favourites! 😊😄Just keep up the great work, I look forward to the Over the Hedge review that I read in the comments is coming out soon? Out of all of your videos, I grew up with playing Chicken Little, Shrek 2 and The Incredibles and a few years ago I bought a PS2 and started buying all my favourite childhood games and Ive been having a lot of fun playing them. I’m not really that bothered that some of them turned out to be as good as I remembered or just bad because they just bring back memories! :D If I may, I know you have a lot on your plate, but I request you review the Heavy Iron Scooby Doo and Simpsons Skateboarding! 😊
High praise indeed! Thank you so much! :D Over the Hedge is one of the next ones I'm covering but will not be the next upload. It's definitely on the way though. That's the thing! I love a lot of these old games. I used to play Hercules A LOT. But I can't give it a great score based purely on nostalgia knowing there is much better out there. Thanks for the requests! I'll make a note- Simpsons Skateboarding is a good shout, though Hit and Run has been requested repeatedly so I may cover that one first. SS's horrific reputation is so appealing to me though! Thanks for understanding btw- I have a few in mind for my next few videos but will make a note of the requests! Comments like this keep me going, you have no idea! Thanks again! - Michael
I'm loving your reviews, man. they're very comical and always manage to crack at least one or two smiles from me whilst still being informative about the game. Keep it up, and i wish you good luck with all your future reviews! If you don't mind me recommending something, i would absolutely love to see you review Kya: Dark Lineage for PS2. It's classified as a 3D platformer, but has the unique inclusion of an actually very good and in-depth combat system which i really love! If you ever get your hands on the game, don't brush it off as a button masher, but take your time figuring out and exploring all the combos as the game progresses and also having fun with the interesting focus on wind to traverse the levels. Based on what you are hearing (or rather, reading) about Kya so far, what do you think of it? And if you don't mind me asking another question, how do you feel about combat in 3D platformers, both more simple combat systems as well as more in-depth ones?
Thanks so much! :D I just looked it up and it sounds interesting. I will add it to the list, although please be aware there are already quite a few in the pipeline so it may be next year before I get round to it. :/ But it does sound like something I could become invested in. A lot of the games I play don't actually have a huge emphasis on combat, so I'd be lying if I said I knew a great deal about it. In terms of these older platformers (the movie games I've been reviewing), the combat is generally pretty weak, I'm aware, but it's often no huge detriment to the game. I'm reviewing a game next year (not saying what it is as it's a surprise request) which focuses on performing combos a great deal, but imo the execution is fairly poor. It's not a bad game, but often I find myself resorting to button mashing because the combos are too lengthy to memorise. Personally, I just love a good action-adventure or puzzle game. I also like a game to have an engrossing story. My favourite game in terms of story is Okami, and the combat for that is admittedly very simplistic. Anyway, I will look into Kya - it looks interesting.
You are very welcome! :) And thank you for the reply! That's no problem. I'm a pretty patient guy, and even if it takes a while to make a vid on Kya, i'm more than sure that i will enjoy the videos you will put out before that-- and after that, too! In any case, i'm glad you like the sound of Kya so far :) I see. The reason i'm asking is because a while ago, the reviewer NitroRad put out a video of Kya himself and our opinions kind of clashed on the combat. He's stated more than once that he thinks combat should not be a big focus in a platformer (Rayman 3 being an exception) and whilst i respect his opinion, i started to wonder how other people look at combat in 3D platformers and what their opinions on it are, to kind of get a more broad idea of what people think of the subject and possibly even discover new perspectives of it. One day i'd like to make a video in which i analyze and compare the combat systems of various 3D platformers, from Rayman and Scaler to Sphinx and Kya. I'm intrigued by that mystery request you are mentioning. I'll definitely be looking out for that one as well! I've heard of Okami before, though i've only seen Chuggaaconroy do a playtrough of the sequel. I've got a few action/adventure games with a bunch of puzzles sprinkled throughout as well, these being the Darksiders games and the Prince of Persia trilogy. Whilst Kya is a more than solid action/adventure game in my opinion, the story isn't really anything to write home about, though at a certain point a door for a buttload of lore and story potential is opened. There's also a small twist or two to keep the story somewhat interesting, but overall it's a very simple story. Like i said before, i'm glad you think it looks good so far! I really hope you'll like it :)
Haha! The mystery request probably isn't that amazing - it's just gonna be an ordinary review to most people, but it's something that was requested a long time ago that I've only just got round to thinking about making, so I kinda wanna surprise the person who requested it. If they're still keeping up with me of course. That sounds like an interesting video idea. I like my games to require thought - the Oddworld PS1 games are probably my favourite for the PS console, so that probably suggests I'm more into puzzle games. I do appreciate combat systems that rely heavily on combos. But these can be hard to convey in a way that's easy to digest for the casual player. I felt like DmC achieved this well enough (I'm aware it's not a platformer) but there are other games that are way too heavy-handed and with little to no explanation or time to absorb the combos. The only movie-based game I've reviewed that I can think had a decent combat system was The Nightmare Before Christmas game. Reviews seemed to be very mediocre, and people often criticised the combat, but I liked it. Okami is an amazing game imo. I did discuss it in a video earlier this year, briefly. The story, the characters, the art style - everything is outstanding, especially considering it was a PS2 release initially.
I love lilo and stitch movie and game in fact when I was in Choiraliers my senior year of high school our show choir did Hawaiian roller coaster ride Plus our competition was in Hawaii and all my best friends were like have fun on your vacation but I kept telling them guys this is schoolwork they said we know but also have fun which I did it was a lot of fun
I actually played this game as a kid... sort of. See, a friend of mine had a copy of the game. I took that game home and popped this PS1 game... into my computer, because for some stupid reason, I thought it was a PC game. So, I couldn't beat the stone monster at the hula school, because I had to use the circle button to kill it, and PC's have no circle button. Yeah, tried playing a PS1 game on a computer. I was a stupid, stupid kid.
Surely it wouldn't have been compatible at all? Either way you weren't missing much. I'm intending to review Stitch: Experiment 626 soon. Controls are awkward as hell but it's better than this bland Crash copycat.
Played this game, thought it was ok, but a bit bland in my opinion. And a bit outdated for a PS1 game. To tell the truth, I prefer the film, tv series and the sequels that serve as the beginning and end to the tv series. Plus Stitch: Experiment 626 was a lot more enjoyable and action-packed, period. I did watch the anime, simply titled “Stitch!” ( Or as I call it, Stitch Anime, to avoid confusion) and the Chinese spin-off called Stitch and Ai. These two spin-off shows weren’t as great as the original series, but, at least the old experiments returned, plus they added new experiments exclusively for the anime, as well as adding new and original experiments based on Chinese mythology for the latter.
I want to review Stitch: Experiment 626 at some point. I never actually completed the game as I didn't own it myself but I enjoyed it far more than this uninspired knock-off. I never really bought the Lilo and Stitch hype though. I liked the first movie, I thought it was decent. Otherwise the franchise didn't really appeal to me all that much. There seemed to be so many spin-offs and sequels!
i don't have a nose reviews Yeah, there was. Whatever floats your boat. I loved the franchise in general because of its unique style, compared to the more common Disney style. Especially in the eyes and on the experiments. What I find great about Lilo and Stitch in particular is that it is the best post renaissance Disney movie, where as the rest were decent, or sub par. But there were a few good ones like the Emperor’s New Groove.
@@Tombola1993 I personally much prefer several other movies from the post-Renaissance era, but never considered Lilo and Stitch to be bad. I've actually always liked that era (for the most part anyway - not every movie was a winner). Atlantis, Treasure Planet and Brother Bear are my personal favourites.
I know what you mean, and while I'd agree with the consensus that it's one of Disney's worst, I still think there's a hell of a lot worse out there you could watch instead. Home on the Range and Chicken Little were pretty much Disney's nadir but some movies of the early to late 00s are severely underappreciated. I love Dinosaur too - I see that as a sort of hidden gem.
@@idonthaveanose seeing as i unwittingly (on my part) got your attention please allow me to make a recommendation. Man it frustrates me that you don’t have many subscribers the video reviews you make are so well made and fun to watch :)
Thank you so much! I actually love having this little community of followers. :D Comments like this make me light up, I love making these.
The “Trouble in Paradise” subtitle was only applied to the European release. In North America the game is just called Lilo and Stitch.
Another great review!! 😊 love this channel!
Thanks again! 😁 I'll be working on Spider-Man soonish. Aiming for an upload in November. Got a couple others on the way first.

Knuckles vs Stitch: Dawn of Justice confirmed.
Mr. Nose, do you know where I can find this game on PC ? Because I´m having trouble to find it, it´s not even on GOG.
Hmm, I find it easily on PC or PS1 if I look for Lilo and Stitch: Trouble in Paradise. But in some territories I think it was just Lilo and Stitch. 🤔
If you have a PlayStation three you can actually buy it on the PlayStation store
Thanks, Jamie Harrell
