Hey, how long have you been doing Jujitsu? I was thinking of getting into a more exciting exercising group. I am about a year younger than you, so I am curious about the effects it has on your body.
I think the dark angels can take on the black templars but only because their primarch Lion El'Jonson has returned with his new forestwalk psychic power and with his redeemed fallen dark angels. Plus their little helpers the watchers in the dark. For loyalty is, it's own reward.
They got the stubbornness of rogal, the zealotry of Sigismund, and the huge adamantium morning wood balls of Alexis Pollux. Might as well send them to the eye of terror
Haha, classic Sigismund! His determination to be recognized is both admirable and a bit tragic, especially considering his relationship with Dorn. It’s fascinating how their dynamic highlights the tension between duty and personal ambition. Dorn’s stoic nature often overshadowed Sigismund’s fervor, but that just makes Sigismund’s eventual rise as the Emperor's Champion all the more compelling. What do you think would have happened if Dorn had acknowledged him more? Would Sigismund have still become the legendary figure he is today?

Templars were a thing even during the Legion Days. They were a group of warriors dedicated to the art of melee combat. Sigismund was their leader back then as well.
I love the black templars they are my first army and I'm fairly new to the game but I love em. I really like you videos easy to understand short sweet and to the point ty 🙏
Absolutely! Black Templars are a force to be reckoned with! Their relentless zeal and commitment to the Emperor make them one of the most iconic chapters in the Warhammer 40K universe. Whether it’s their epic crusades or their fierce combat tactics, there’s always something to love about them.
Another "Chapter" to talk about in this same vein would be Space Wolves since they never followed the Codex , my guess is that each Great Company is a Chapter strength force. With probably the Geneseed to bring the legion back if they wanted .
I don't think the reinforcements were given in numbers more than what was required to make up a full chapter again. The new primaris that were brought with the torchbearer fleets were blank slates. They would of been like here's 677 for the space wolves and here's your others for the other chapters from you. @@Vim88PL
As a Black Templar Main with over 300 models, my man sword got a major boost from the title. Anything possible with a little faith sprinkle in…. - Black Templar probably
I think having their Primarchs would put the Ultramarines and DAs above the Templars. That said given how loyal they are in general i think a primarch showing up would keep a fight from breaking out.
I think its important to note that due to the battle doctrine of many chapter, i think the black templars would lose to ultramarines because the ultramarines would assess, say "okay heres our strengths and weaknesses, and here are the enemy's, so here's what we'll do" and the templars would kind of just run at them autistically
Regular Sigismund probably 1v1s a normal Custodes, to be honest. Primaris Sigismund probably puts up a good fight against (but does not win against) some of the less-combat oriented Primarchs.
Sigismund definitely 1v1 a Custodes. Abandon was able to kill a few of them during siege, and as we know, even in his old age Sigismund was a better warrior. As above comment states, there could be a probability of equal fight between weaker combat Primarchs(like Lorgar or pure melee Magnus), greater daemons(with exception of bloodthirsters, especially Skarbrand and Ka’bandha) and Valdor. Sadly, we can only speculate
@@MagnusArchitectOfFate Lorgar was guarded by 20 custodes After Monarchia cause the emperor thought it was the right number. Even for Sigismund, 20 custodes might be a bit much
The Black Templars were the first army I started collecting and play to this day, I love their lore and holy crusader vibe. With all that said I personally believe they are the true and most perfect representation of what Warhammer 40k is all about or at least a better representation of the Imperium than the Ultra Marines will ever be (big love for the boys in blue though) 10,000 men strong 10,000 years defying the codex 10,000 years without a single marine falling to chaos Exemplar, Black Templars, the loyal sons of Dorn
The excuse I heard was that the individual crusading fleets of the Black Templars are all registered as their own chapters that all just "happen to" have all the same doctrines kit and practices. Basically they just go as Black Templars I Black Templars 2 Black Templars 3 etc, and the imperium looks the other way on the more blatant violations of the codex because stuff like assembling in full force is actually pretty rare, similar to other larger groups of chapters forming coalition forces.
Love the content as always Majorkill! Any chance of a video diving into the life of Leman Russ and what he could be up to since disappearing / how he might return? Wolf daddy doesnt get enough love!
So some Space Marine Chapter simplified is: 1. Ultramarines : Rational blue boys 2. Salamanders : “The Good Guys” 3. Blood Ravens : Thives 4. Black Templars : WEAPONIZED AUTISM 5. Space wolves : Furry Cosplayer 6. Imperial fists : Old people Well that is how i labelled them i guess 😂. I dont have much info on other chapters aside from this….
Out of curiosity, is there some lore that explains how the best bromance of 40K (Barabas Dantioch & Alexis Polux) began? Perhaps that could be a video to consider making? Like. How did the two meet, how did they grow to like each other and how did Alexis Polux react to Barabas Dantioch’s death? What transpired between when Dantioch fought against his own legion at the start of the Horus Heresy to being at Pharos where he ultimately died?
Add to this that more than a few inquisitors just disappear when poking into just how many Marines the Black Templars have not to mention they took out a damn Golden Banana boy when the refused the Primaris marines.
give the deathwatch a top place here. they have the highest presence of space marines in every sector, only accept veteran members and are backed up by the inquisition. they can rely on the experience and abilities of every chapter they acquired their members from. they dont need to look for new recruiting worlds since they can cherrypick from the whole galaxy or at least the sectors where their watchfortresses are. also: the greatest supply of all the different kinds of boltgun ammunition. quite tempting
i imagined that the black templars are so spread out enough that not even the chapter master is barely aware the exact number of his chapter. Are there any event that managed to call the entire Black templar chapter in a single theater of war?
What about the space wolves? they have around 12,000 marines(1000 for each great company) and are well known for their battle prowess, though the templars probably have them beat in void warfare
They are hands down the angriest and zealous of them all. They only know one direction, forward into the fray. And really my favourite chapter... that they use the codes astartes as toilet paper is just the icing on the cake. Or that people that try to dig to deep into their numbers end up with convenient accidents. Sort of like the ones that dig to deep into the dark angels history, or their "hidden mission".
Sigismund fought Yago Sevetarion and although the fluff tells us Yago cheated, by headbutting Sigi, Sigi laughed about it and said he should have seen it coming, well played. Both are my most beloved charakters in 40k of all time,
Ultramarines might not be crazy about meele, but they are all about flexible tactical approach. When they have to they will fight you face to face and they will be no worse then any other chapter. They're rarely found charging blingly forward, because they don't see this as the best solution to most problems.
What I love about them is, according to the older codex, occasionally the high lords of Terra grumble about about bringing the Black Templars back under more control. The response to this from others is (1) they are still doing the Emperor’s work and (2) do YOU want tell them that?!?
Space wolves split into thw great companies to kinda be compliant but the chapter sw is still all 12 great companies and all smaller companies/packs number wise similar to thw templars
Video on the howling if there enough info as sometimes 40k goes. "Oh yeah that thing killed a god and was made of dark.age technology the footnote ends there"
I like to believe that the closest thing to an actual Living Saint Sigismund is the Emperor's Champion, wich in some way, sound pretty real. After all, I highly doubt that the God-Emperor would just leave to the Warp the souls of such individuals like Sigismund, Garro, Rylanor, Pollux and maybe Cortés, among many others, hopefully, these lads one day will come back as Living Saints or something more, other than the Legion of the Damned Marines, wich sounds aweome with that one Flaming Ferrus Manus as their leader, but I think giving them a better spotlight is the correct choice.
My head canon is that black templars are whats left of the II or XI legions. That power to project some kind of psy field akin to waaagh (beast arises serioes hello) seems like a legion special ability.
I think a battle between Loyal Space Marine chapters would always be very situational. The Ultramarines would most likely lose in a melee combat skirmish, sure, but I also think the Ultramarines would be smart enough to prevent that from becoming an issue, at least for a while. Librarians, as you said, would also be a huge advantage in this, and I think all of the resources of Ultramar aiding the Ultramarines in this battle (Assuming both chapters are bringing everything they have) can't be understated too. I think 1v1, a Black Templar is probably gonna beat most other chapters. But in a full blown war, I think a lot of things come into consideration. I also think if the Black Templars had 1 squad fighting 1 squad of Space Sharks, I think it would be in the Shark's favor (Assuming there isn't a champion), But at full chapter strength, yeah it would probably go to the Templars. In terms of Chapter masters, I think Helbrecht (Black Templars), Calgar (Ultramarines), Tyberos (Space Sharks), and Moloc (Minotaurs) would be a very good fight. All of these guys would have some insane plot armor, but also genuine skill and tactics. I would actually love to see these chapters and chapter masters work together in some giant battle against the enemies of the Imperium. Would love to see how they would interact. Tho, the Minotaurs and Ultramarines might still not like each other too much.
I think it's tragic loss of opportunity that tabletop black templars don't have the keys abilities like being able to advance and charge, or not automatically just being able to re roll hits or something. Without oath of moment or some other boon
Space Wolves can also bring the numbers to the fight. They don't follow the Codex on that either. I think what individual Fenryka lack in martial skill, they make up for in strength and endurance. I'd put them on par with the Black Templars in terms of ranking Legion/Chapter strength, with Dark Angels right below them.

Black Templars: Good look counting to 1000 when we crusade everywhere.
A vid about everytime the Inquisition fought against the Loyalist Chapters would be great
Just picked up the Templar Combat Patrol box, perfect timing MK!!
Another video on Gaunts Ghosts but specifically on Gaunt, please and thank you.
A video about what’s going on in the setting during our modern times might be kinda cool.
Templars were a thing even during the Legion Days. They were a group of warriors dedicated to the art of melee combat. Sigismund was their leader back then as well.
He literally says that in the video
You should discuss the greatest honor duels; detailing who was facing who, who won, and what happened after
As much as i like majorkill, not sure how accurate it would be seeing as how he describes Sigismunds dual with kharn as if it was completely one sided
I love the black templars they are my first army and I'm fairly new to the game but I love em. I really like you videos easy to understand short sweet and to the point ty 🙏
Black templars lets go
Absolutely! Black Templars are a force to be reckoned with! Their relentless zeal and commitment to the Emperor make them one of the most iconic chapters in the Warhammer 40K universe. Whether it’s their epic crusades or their fierce combat tactics, there’s always something to love about them.
Video starts at 1:58
The Black Templars were my intro into 40K. I got them as a kid with the starter box.
Another "Chapter" to talk about in this same vein would be Space Wolves since they never followed the Codex , my guess is that each Great Company is a Chapter strength force. With probably the Geneseed to bring the legion back if they wanted .
They were under 1000 Margines strong after 13th Crusade. But they go A LOT Primaris reinforcments, making them few (5-7? ) thousand strong
I highly doubt Majorkill would talk about Space Wolves in a good way.
I don't think the reinforcements were given in numbers more than what was required to make up a full chapter again. The new primaris that were brought with the torchbearer fleets were blank slates. They would of been like here's 677 for the space wolves and here's your others for the other chapters from you. @@Vim88PL
Sigismund just channeled his in Waaagh! power and breezes his way through his enemies.
I really hope they rebuild the celestial lions. Such a cool story arc
"The dark angels would be way too overzealous" i think wed end up woth just autistic zealousness on both sidew of that fight
As a Black Templar Main with over 300 models, my man sword got a major boost from the title. Anything possible with a little faith sprinkle in….
- Black Templar probably
A video on the solar war during the heresy will brighten up my day
I think having their Primarchs would put the Ultramarines and DAs above the Templars. That said given how loyal they are in general i think a primarch showing up would keep a fight from breaking out.
As a black templar main, i appreci the ego stroking. Please continue to do so!
good to see some love for BT, suffer not the unclean to live!
I think its important to note that due to the battle doctrine of many chapter, i think the black templars would lose to ultramarines because the ultramarines would assess, say "okay heres our strengths and weaknesses, and here are the enemy's, so here's what we'll do" and the templars would kind of just run at them autistically
You’re obviously not very well educated in this regard
The minotaurs of course! And i'm a Rogal Dorn fan but asterion moloch is top notch only a custode would be able to put him down
Helbrecht's "thronelight lantern" is so badass. Imagine holding a lantern shining with the light of your god that banishes daemon
video suggestion: With whom do you think they will set up a big fight with lions return?
Imagine Emperor’s Champion Sigismund with Primaris upgrade. He could probably 1v1 a normal Custodes and win.
Regular Sigismund probably 1v1s a normal Custodes, to be honest.
Primaris Sigismund probably puts up a good fight against (but does not win against) some of the less-combat oriented Primarchs.
@@tylerjames9539 He would be at shield captain custodes level probably
@@moreauclement9702nope
Even for Sigismund, 20 custodes might be a bit much
Just finished sigismunds primarch book. Good timing
The Black Templars were the first army I started collecting and play to this day, I love their lore and holy crusader vibe. With all that said I personally believe they are the true and most perfect representation of what Warhammer 40k is all about or at least a better representation of the Imperium than the Ultra Marines will ever be (big love for the boys in blue though)
10,000 men strong
10,000 years defying the codex
10,000 years without a single marine falling to chaos
Exemplar, Black Templars, the loyal sons of Dorn
The excuse I heard was that the individual crusading fleets of the Black Templars are all registered as their own chapters that all just "happen to" have all the same doctrines kit and practices.
Basically they just go as Black Templars I Black Templars 2 Black Templars 3
etc, and the imperium looks the other way on the more blatant violations of the codex because stuff like assembling in full force is actually pretty rare, similar to other larger groups of chapters forming coalition forces.
Funny how a lot of people think Rogal Dorn is boring but so many people love imperial fists successor chapters
Dorn is probably the most interesting primarch of the HH cause we see so many layers of his character
A video of the top ten community made wholesome moments would be great
This is exactly why they are my first 40k army
Love the content as always Majorkill! Any chance of a video diving into the life of Leman Russ and what he could be up to since disappearing / how he might return? Wolf daddy doesnt get enough love!
So some Space Marine Chapter simplified is:
1. Ultramarines : Rational blue boys
2. Salamanders : “The Good Guys”
3. Blood Ravens : Thives
4. Black Templars : WEAPONIZED AUTISM
5. Space wolves : Furry Cosplayer
6. Imperial fists : Old people
Well that is how i labelled them i guess 😂. I dont have much info on other chapters aside from this….
Video idea what if the emperor wanted to be worshipped as a God and had created the esslarcy the imperial cult in order to defeat chaos gods
Yeah. I open the TH-cam in my mind I said myself. Lets watch some Majorkill. And boom new video
Oh my god! A majorkill video about black templars HELL YEAAHHH the emperor has blessed us this day, i have spontaneously COMBUSTED
Let's not forget they also have a Gloriana-class battleship and are known as the greatest naval combatants in the Imperium.
Dark angles, they are masters of all and masters of everything 👌
So Major, when are you making a hectic, heretic slayer? Id buy it!
I hear the Black Templars can make some fortified burgers and waffles.
"Dig in, if you can!" - Rogal Dorn at breakfast.
give the deathwatch a top place here. they have the highest presence of space marines in every sector, only accept veteran members and are backed up by the inquisition. they can rely on the experience and abilities of every chapter they acquired their members from. they dont need to look for new recruiting worlds since they can cherrypick from the whole galaxy or at least the sectors where their watchfortresses are.
also: the greatest supply of all the different kinds of boltgun ammunition. quite tempting
i imagined that the black templars are so spread out enough that not even the chapter master is barely aware the exact number of his chapter. Are there any event that managed to call the entire Black templar chapter in a single theater of war?
It would be awesome if Majorminis did a couple of space crusaders.
Yes
We need a video on ork vehicles.

"Fuck it, eternal crusade!" Was Sigismund basically drawing pot of greed on loop
Watching as many MK videos while I drive to FLG Atlantic City Open. From newest to Oldest. Let’s go!!
Holy cow, I didn't know I would feel nostalgia for 2021 Majorkill, but here we are.
G'day f uckheads
You DON'T Stink after BJJ; fuck that right there finally sold me
Sigismund fought Yago Sevetarion and although the fluff tells us Yago cheated, by headbutting Sigi, Sigi laughed about it and said he should have seen it coming, well played.
Day 73 of asking for a dedicated series of videos detailing in depth the Lion El'Heresy
Genuinely good ad read
What I love about them is, according to the older codex, occasionally the high lords of Terra grumble about about bringing the Black Templars back under more control. The response to this from others is (1) they are still doing the Emperor’s work and (2) do YOU want tell them that?!?
Space wolves split into thw great companies to kinda be compliant but the chapter sw is still all 12 great companies and all smaller companies/packs number wise similar to thw templars
Video on the howling if there enough info as sometimes 40k goes.
"Oh yeah that thing killed a god and was made of dark.age technology the footnote ends there"
THE GREY KNIGHTS...
They don't exist - and if you say they do,I'll have to end your existence.
Day 28: What if Omegon returned to the setting. What would happen?, how would Guilliman and The Lion react?. Would be a pretty cool video idea.
I like to believe that the closest thing to an actual Living Saint Sigismund is the Emperor's Champion, wich in some way, sound pretty real.
After all, I highly doubt that the God-Emperor would just leave to the Warp the souls of such individuals like Sigismund, Garro, Rylanor, Pollux and maybe Cortés, among many others, hopefully, these lads one day will come back as Living Saints or something more, other than the Legion of the Damned Marines, wich sounds aweome with that one Flaming Ferrus Manus as their leader, but I think giving them a better spotlight is the correct choice.
nice vid mate
My personal favorite Templars epic autism was successfully crusading the ghouls stars. How is that even possible?
My head canon is that black templars are whats left of the II or XI legions. That power to project some kind of psy field akin to waaagh (beast arises serioes hello) seems like a legion special ability.
6:20 given the current state of the galaxy in m42 being completely and unmitigated *SCREWED TO HELL* i can definitely see the logic in this.
YESSSSSSSSSS A TEMPLAR VIDEO!!!!
That’s it. I have decided. The black Templars are my favourite space Marine chapter. If I ever buy myself a Warhammer army I want to have them.
