    Hello Jonathan, since 'discovering' your talks and meditations on TH-cam I have looked forward to new video's as well going through as those posted before I started to subscribe. Each time I listen to your talks I feel, 'Yes, that's it, that's what I feel but Jonathan makes sense of my feelings'. Each time I listen to a meditation I feel a real sense of being grounded and aware. As time has passed I have been able to deepen my experience of mindful meditation thanks to your words.
    I have just experience this meditation before getting ready for a busy day at the local hospital. The power of this meditation has been so energy giving through relaxing awareness. Thank you Jonathan for your work, this UK citizen is so grateful.
