- This talk explores the potential of mindful renunciation.
You’ll learn how critically important it is to know what is most important, cultivate the thoughts, behaviors and actions that will bring about that outcome and as well, identify and modify the the thoughts, behaviors and actions that get in the way of that outcome.
In the Buddhist tradition, the teachings are considered so precious as to be priceless. Thus, they are given freely with the invitation for participants to offer voluntary donations. Your support is the fuel that helps me continue what I do.

I just found out about Yugen : a Japanese word for an awareness of the Universe that triggers emotional responses too deep and powerful for words.
I believe you could share some valuable insights into accessing these kinds of mind states regardless of the reality that by their very definition they cannot be explained.
