The usa one was actually the music from this hidden screen with these creepy sonics and a word written in japanese saying Fun is infinite and it has that usa boss theme cause the usa one was originated on that i think
Actually, that screen with "Majin" Sonic just uses the boss theme, if you were to go to thag same screen with the JP Sountrack, it'd just use the JP Boss Theme. That screen isnt even supposed to be scary, as Majin was just what the dev (i think) was nicknamed when he was younger

No, it was just the boss theme for the areas. If you were Japanese, it will play the Japanese boss. But if you're American, then you can hear the US boss.
