I like how Sonic, no matter what, still doesn't let the doctor be gone. He just undo's the event that turns Eggman into a food hungry crazed monster.

@OrangeConeMan it did save his friends from a grim future to undo the thing that caused Eggman to turn. However, Sonic as Hyper could bring his friends back from the dead regardless. Which I believe he's seen to have done before traveling to the past to fix Eggman as well.
Everyone but Espio that is. XD I'm not sure what happened to him.
Quick tip: too make sonic look like he is going faster, don’t make his running legs look like they are having a seizure. Just stretch out some well made sprites a bit stretched, and add some particles to make it have that effect of speed.

I loved the end where it's implied sonic went back to when he hit egg man and fumbled himself to hit the animals capsule. Really hits on how even something like a quick oversight for sonic could cause something so horrific

You can really feel the passion for the project and I'm absolutely in love with having a horror based sonic sprite movie where you can actually appearicate all it has to offer and not just teased with a few minute long episodes
So Furnace here went full Metal Sonic and betrayed his creator. This just goes to show exactly why the "canonical" version of Furnace has no AI. (Or rather, just enough AI to carry out his mission, but not enough to be self-aware and independent).

This takes me back to the old and vintage newground years! Retro is the new modern but retro is also more accessible. People would do what they can with what they have.
The pacing was super weird, and it's very grim for mighty to be running through ray's blood when we know what happened and of course mighty doesn't.
That was definitely something, and I hope you keep at it 😃☺️

So much love was put into this. You can tell it was someone personal project for fun. It has a lot of room for improvement such as the jumping between scenes, explaining more through actions why people are doing what they are doing, etc. I do like Amy saving tails just for them to die later. It was like "Is he really going to kill tails?" And begins to leave the Audience guessing. The concept of spites movie is fun to see too. Hope to see more works in the future! Best of luck!
I like how the begining of the series is SLIGHTLY light Hearted only for that feeling to get crushed into oblivion as the series goes by

Sonics sneeze stops him from destroying the eggmobile which ruins the timeline but blessed sonic that starved or furnace never came to life

I love that Eggman on the scrap brain zone part (Start) was literally able to keep up with max. speed Sonic, it really is loyal to the canon.
It because eggman was wearing speeds shoes him self. Also as we seen later in the animation, sonic wasn't even going at his fastest anyway
y'know i was expecting something low quality, (idk i just never really think sprite animations are that good) but you can really see that care was put into this. its pretty cool!

I can see the passion in this project but some parts feel really inconsistent, so there's definitely alot to improve on but still a cool mini movie based on this story
